The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and supportive throughout my visit. It’s rare to find an office where customer service feels this genuine. All I can say is WOW!!! The Aspen Dental team is amazing. From the front desk to the dental chair they made my appointment smooth and my teeth clean! The hygienist, Jeanie, was awesome and Dr. Wright was wonderful and compassionate. The office manager, Alex, is fantastic too and I’m so glad I went to them!

Beyond happy with my Aspen Dental experience. I’ve been unhappy with my smile for a long time now and I walked into Aspen and they answered all my questions and made me feel a lot better with my decision. I was helped by Liz, Teana and Dr. Wright - they were amazing and Ashley at the front desk was very happy welcoming me in. I’m one whose afraid of the dentist and I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Everyone in the Palm Coast office has been so nice. The dentist makes you feel so comfortable as does the dental assistant, Savannah, who was absolutely amazing trying to get my nerves to calm down! The financial coordinator was so helpful going over all my options and I really understood everything clearly…

The way I was treated by Dr Wright led me to cancel my follow up appointment and reschedule with Smiles on Cypress. Dr Wright could not be bothered with testing my teeth properly, or giving an adequate explanation as to her decision making in regards to my mouth. She made me feel as though I was a wrong for being in the office asking to receive care.
