I walked into Aspen Dental today and the women who took care of me, Tracy was her name, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She welcomed me in with a kind smile. Jamie my Hygienist was so sweet and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Aswell as Dr Trent! kept asking to make sure i was feeling safe and secure! definitely loved my stay!

Wow! Absolutely incredible office and staff! I've always been nervous about dentist visits but I will worry no more. The dental assistant (Hailey I think was her name) was the best of the best! So helpful and thorough. The nicest person and totally calmed my nerves! Everyone had a smile on their face and made me feel so comfortable! 5 stars for helping me achieve a 10 out of 10 smile! Don't think about going anywhere else!

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Not a long wait. Everyone seems to be knowledgeable and experienced. Definitely can trust I will be in good hands. Alin was wonderful! She did my X-rays very efficiently and still made sure we were having a good time. Lots of laughs and made my day 馃槉 thank you Aspen Dental.

Edit and update: At first everything was well and the oral surgeon was amazing. Now, the dentist took 5 minutes to see me and the hygieneist only saw me for 7 minutes. I did not get a teeth cleaning before being seen by the dentist. All I was told was I would need my wisdom tooth removed no other care was discussed. Well, after getting my tooth removed and calling back about a cleaning I was told I would need a deep cleaning for gingivitis. However after seeking a second opinion they disagreed and said a normal cleaning would have been good. When calling the doctor's office I first was lied to from the first person to answer the phone and then speaking to the manager, who was the most unprofessional manager I have ever spoken to. They said there was nothing they could do to change the care and when asking if I could speak to the hygienist about just getting a normal cleaning I was told that was not something they could let me do or they could not ask. Then after says that this is ridiculous and let the office needs to get itself together, I was told that I don't need to be a patient there, however they are the ones who've performed all my care so far and they need to fulfill the post-op care as well as making sure healing with smoothly. I then stated that since this was some of the most heinous patient care I have ever had in my life I would like a refund of my co-pay amount because the doctor who did my surgery was amazing and great the people at this place are not. Unfortunately don't come here unless it's for normal dentures you won't be treated like they care about the quality of care you receive. They sent me a letter stating that I am no longer allowed to go to any aspen ever. Thank gosh they finally gave me legal grounds to take action for retaliation due to this review and the complaint I made. Don't go here, please.

I have been going to the same dentist for over 50 years, so when I unexpectedly broke a tooth and my dentist retired, I was scrambling to find someone I could trust. A friend of mine recommended Aspen Dental And I could not be more satisfied! From the front desk reception, the dental hygienists, the office manager, the dentist himself - Every single staff member was welcoming, professional, courteous, thorough, efficient and skilled. I was able to get an appointment quickly and plan to have all of my future dental work done there.
