I can't say thank you enough to Aspen Dental. I came in with an emergency and they took care of me. Johnny at the front desk stepped in when my tablet wouldn't accept my signature. Your lovely dental assistance were the absolute best. You have a newer DA he is going to be amazing once he is up and running. Your other DA transfer to that office recently. Even the Dr and office manager were nothing but a blessing. Thank you again.

I don't know how Aspen Dental is still in business. Every time I go I am told lies, they try not to use my insurance so I can pay out of pocket. I am a federal emoyee with great insurance so its weird. I only went twice and I have learned my lesson. This last time they told me I had "active bacteria" and they tried to charge me $3300 to do a deep cleaning, like the first time I went, I left to get a second opinion from trusty Comfort Dental. They said I dont have an infection and they just cleaned my teeth. My teeth and gums feel great. No pain. I told the dentist at Comfort about the price, they said their deep cleaning only costs $800. They did this the first time I went and tried to charge me well over a thousand out of pocket to take out one wisdom tooth. I went to Comfort Dental instead and only paid a few hundred because my insurance covered most of the cost. What is the point of Aspen not wanting to use great insurance?! Why scam their customers to pay more than they should? Aspen is crooked and they lie and my theory is they didnt want my insurance to get the bill because they were going to charge me everything a cleaning would be as well as the deep cleaning, oh and an electric toothbrush and water flosser. I looked at the guy who acted like a used car salesman and said I am not paying for all of this Bye!! Well I learned my lesson. I will never go back to Aspen again! And just so they know, Comfort just did a regular cleaning and I am good now. I hope they, Aspen, dont try to screw me after I had to leave and go someplace else. You didn't do anything and I had to go somewhere else to get honest care!

The medical receptionist was professional and helpful. The X-ray Technician was prompt and courteous. The Dentist was knowledgeable and provided me with a clear explanation of what need to be done and why. The office manager was polite, and advised me on what my insurance plans could cover. Aspen Dental was only able to accept my Delta Dental Insurance. Even though, I also have Humana Dental insurance through Medicare. The Medical Receptionist told me that I could use my Humana spend card, but I couldn't use my Human dental insurance because Delta needs to be used first.This information concerned me because with three insurance coverages, I usually pay nothing, and during this visit, I paid $74.00.

Great service, friendly staff, clean facilities and caring professional dental providers. Office manager helped me setup appointments and financing for my oral surgery. Would recommend anytime!

So far I'm extremely impressed. This was my first visit to start the process of getting dentures. The staff was professional & efficient, yet still friendly. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process. David was very helpful on selecting the denture within my budget and doing every thing he could to make sure I would get them in a timely manner. Kudos to everyone there!
