I recently visited Aspen Dental and had a mixed experience. I would like to start by saying that the clinical staff and office team were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. Their kindness and professionalism were appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the checkout and financing process was much less positive. The individual handling financing was very pushy and insisted that I pay for my next procedure before the appointment was even scheduled. This left me feeling as though the primary focus was on financial matters rather than patient care and treatment. I was also disappointed by the lack of follow-through regarding a prescription I needed. I asked multiple times about an antibiotic during my visit, but the prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. After returning home, I had to call the office myself to have the prescription submitted. These issues have caused me to question the overall level of patient care and have left me concerned about the quality of care I may receive at my next appointment. While I appreciate the efforts of the clinical staff, I hope Aspen Dental will place greater emphasis on patient needs, communication, and follow-up care rather than financial arrangements.

Very friendly and professional. Made the whole experience very good. Atmosphere was positive and all of the staff was kind. Care plan and cost were explained thoroughly. I was apprehensive about going someplace new, once there I was at ease and comfortable. Office was very clean, bathroom also.

If there was negative stars Aspen would get that from me. I go in with the worst toothache ever. They did get me in quickly. All they was worried about was selling me a partial rather than issue that was causing me pain. Then said I had to schedule the extraction and that would cost me $250 with my insurance. I go somewhere else one week later that got it removed same day for $50 with my insurance. Aspen is nothing but a bunch of salesman. Worst place EVER

Pros Good dentist. Cons It’s very corporate style, don’t be surprised if you feel like they just want your money. At the end of the day that’s what the employer wants the employees to do. I like seeing staff members that like the jobs they have. Overall? I got what I needed. If you need them they are there. It’s very straightforward, pay me and I will help you. Some people prefer this style while others like a more personable experience. Think about it this way. Family dentistry - Human, warm, flexible. Corporate dentistry - Policy-driven, efficient, less flexible.

I arrived and was greeted promptly. I finished filling out paperwork and a tech called me back. She explained that she was going to take some images for x-rays. She was very kind and gentle in this procedure. Then I was taken back to an exam room where another tech took a look at my gums. Soon the young dentist came in and discussed my options for a new denture. Again, all kind and professional. Now it was time for me to go to the finance office where the woman there explained the different costs and how this is an investment. At this point, I felt like I was at a used car dealership. Even with my insurance, it is a lot of money. But I feel I still need to weigh this out.
