Dr Fazio and the complete crew there treat you great, kinda like family. Never had a bad experience there. Sydney did all my scans, X-rays and assisted during an extraction. Colby did all the financials and explaining. Definitely recommend!!

I had the most amazing experience!!! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very welcomed and reassured. I had Taylor as my dental assistant. She was very thorough. She explained everything to me during the X-rays, and made sure I was comfortable. Both Dr. Fazio and the hygienist Dr. Jen were very kind and informative. You can tell that they just want the best for your teeth. Last but certainly not least. The office manager Jamie is a true gem! She was relatable and down to earth. I appreciated her honesty when going over what I will need to do to get my smile back. She reminded me so much of one of my favorite managers. It was so nice to end my visit with her. Even though this was my first time and I'm someone who gets nervous going to the dentist this was overall a 11/10 experience!!! Thank you all :)

Hands down one of the BEST dental experiences I’ve ever had! Aspen Dental in North Hills is amazing from start to finish. The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the office is spotless and well organized. The dentist (Dr. Fazio) and hygienist (Sierra) were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and genuinely made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I never felt rushed or anxious, which says a lot for a dental visit! You can truly tell this team cares about their patients. If you’re looking for a dental office that’s professional, compassionate, and goes above and beyond, I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental in North Hills!

I had a great experience at this Aspen dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The front desk made scheduling easy, and I was seen on time. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable. I truly appreciate how kind and attentive everyone was—this is a place that genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

Really really impressed with the service I received today! I broke a tooth late last night and scheduled an appointment online for this morning! So happy with the last minute availability and then everyone I met was just so nice. The receptionist that checked me in was super friendly and then I met with Taylor, Dr. Fazio, and Dr. K and the manager for various steps of the process and loved them all. Taylor was so kind and reassuring and helpful during the crown prep. Dr. Fazio determined my treatment plan and was very knowledgeable and Dr. K did the whole crown prep she was so nice and explained everything every step of the way which was really reassuring. The manager I didn’t get her name but she helped me through the payment process and was so funny and kind. I felt at ease through a less than ideal dental emergency and I would absolutely recommend this location! Thanks all!
