Had an excellent cleaning done by Victoria, she never fails to make anyone and everyone welcomed and relaxed! :) Dr. Javid was great and very thorough for the exam portion of my appointment. Job well done for the two of them definitely recommend Aspen for everyone including myself, looking forward to my next appointment:)

My experience with aspen dental couldn’t have went any smoother. From booking online in the middle of the night for a toothache for the following morning, to being welcomed and treated quickly for a diagnosis, I will most definitely be returning. Lexi was the first and last face I saw during my visit and I appreciated her professionalism along with the rest of the staff. 10/10 would recommend!

WARNING: This company uses deceptive business practices that will result in unexpected charges and unnecessary procedures. When going in for a routine cleaning that is covered without a deductible through our insurance, we were charged $140 without warning. When these issues were brought up to Jacky she showed no remorse or understanding, and simply said that the charges were dictated by the hygienist. When asked why the charges were different than previous visits, I was told that it's under the discretion of each individual hygienist what to code for charges, meaning it's a roll of the dice whether it will be the covered routine cleaning or a $140 bill. There isn't a respectable dental office on the planet that would call that good business practice. When told she may lose customers if the company can't make it right, she denied any wrongdoing to begin with. She then tried to say that I shouldn't be upset because the bill hasn't even been paid yet, as if I'm nieve enough to believe the bill will somehow disappear if left unpaid. I encourage anyone reading this review to stay away from this establishment. It was made clear that their bottom line is all that matters. Jacky was even bold enough to say that we're not customers at all, merely patients who aren't afforded the basic right to refusal that other industries provide. A person with an elementary understanding of economics knows that a business without customers won't last. If she continues to represent Aspen Dental, they won't last either.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental thanks to Jackie. From the moment I walked in, she made the entire process of getting checked in smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. Jackie has a way of making you feel comfortable and cared for, which isn’t always easy at a dental office. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and it made a big difference in my visit. I really appreciate her help and positive attitude I’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff was polite and informative. They released my fears of going to a dentist. Every detail was fully explained and if I didn't understand, it was explained so I could feel comfortable with my treatment. The dentist was gentle and worked to ensure my comfort.
