Been going here for years and the staff is amazing. Receptionist is always so kind. Po, my hygienist, is just as kind and thorough on his ckeanings! And lastly Dr, Dickerson has always been the sweetest, and clear with information. Overall a dental hospital that feels like a laid back home and family, high recommend. 🙏🏻💕

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cid and the team here. I’ve avoided the dentist for a long time due to high anxiety and financial concerns, but I finally went in today and I’m so relieved I did. The first thing you notice is how beautiful, clean, and modern the office is. Right off the bat, they make the whole process, from check-in to exams, so easy and seamless. But the real magic is the staff—I mean, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE in that building. It’s rare to find a place where every person you encounter is this thorough, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They are hands-down the most professional, sweetest, caring medical staff I’ve ever dealt with; there is honestly no competition. What I appreciated most was their approach to treatment. Obviously, they are highly trained professionals who have put in the hard work, but you can tell their focus is on the patient, not just the bill. They really work with you to tailor a plan that fits your specific needs, stability, and comfort level. They made me feel like a person whose health mattered to them, not just another appointment on the books. If you’ve been putting off dental work for any reason, this is the team you want in your corner.

Absolutely amazing customer service.. thanks to Dr.cid and staff.. Ashley, Richard and Brooke.. will recommend to friends and family... very friendly and affordable service.. Couldn't afford the best quality of denture set at the moment, I decided for little less expensive but the service was just as good. Nothing but 5 stars.. thanks guys..

We made an appointment through the call center and waited for appointment day to arrive. Then we received a call from Ashley the facility manager to confirm and reassure us of the process. Everything went smoothly just as Ashley described no pushing tactics were employed. We couldn’t afford everything that needed done. So we choose the most needed. They gave us a list and we’ll start chipping away at that as soon as possible. Overall it was a great experience with a great outcome.

Everyone was as nice and gentle as possible as far as physical treatment. It was a hard sale with multiple power plays in place. They made it seem very sympathetic and like they would do everything they could to pace the treatments slowly and at an affordable pace. At the final encounter (the finance piece)we were told that our credit would not be pulled. As soon as I was out of the office I received an email that my credit had been pulled and that I was generously being offered a 36% interest rate on a possible $12K bill. Lesson: never turn down the dental insurance during open registration!
