The staff at Aspen dental in Poland/Boardman are very professional and friendly. What I liked most about Aspen was that they could do everything at one location. (I had previously went to another dentist, I walked out with a list of places to call and make appointments for different steps. I then called Aspen because it was much easier.). Aspen gets you in and out so that you do not interrupt too much of your daily schedule. I feel that I received top notch care at Aspen and feel that the process was very painless. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, although they made sure the process was as painless as possible and wanted me to be comfortable. I would recommend Aspen to friends and family who need dental work.

I was treated with professionalism and courtesy from my entrance through my exiting. Excellent customer service and support through the entire procedure.

The receptionist Kayla was awesome. She gave me good advice on where to get an antibiotic to help with the pain until they could get me in the staff and everyone that I dealt with today was amazing. Kudos to Kayla. She’s a blessing. Thank you.

Havnt ever done a 1 - star review, but this place deserves it for sure.
Go experience it yourself if you have all the money in the world, if not find yourself a good family dentist and stay away from corporate, that's what I learned the 2 years or so dealing with them. I take responsibility for my insurance problems and attitude, but what else can a man do that's in critical pain being told my tooth is fine.

Staff was extremely friendly and considerate, especially the x-ray technician. She was super conscious of how much a lot of that process hurt to do. Explanations of what was going on with my teeth were clear, concise, and as exhaustive as I wanted them to be when asked. Great team of people.
