I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. The level of care was truly exceptional from the moment I walked in. The office is spotless, modern, and very welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I was called back in a very timely manner.
A special thank you to Mimi for being so gentle and thorough while taking my impressions, Lihn the hygienist for doing an amazing, careful assessment and making the whole visit comfortable, and the lovely x-ray tech (I believe Ella or Evie — I’m so sorry if I got the name wrong!) who was kind and efficient.
And of course, Dr. Patel was wonderfully kind, patient, and professional, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt completely comfortable.
You can really tell this entire team cares deeply about their patients. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I’m NOT happy with this Aspen Dental at all!!! First off I received my set of dentures from Aspen Dental in Ames IA back in 2010 and have NEVER had any problems with them. So 2years ago my husband went in to talk to them about a set of dentures. They wanted to put 6 anchors in my husbands mouth. I said how much, 25,000.00 I said absolutely not. That’s a brand new car!!! So he went with 2 anchors which he regrets getting. 12,000 later he loved the teeth. We had a problem with the top plate so we had to make a visit. His front tooth fell out and he swallowed it. The dental hygentist DROPPED his plate on the floor. Didn’t rinse them off or even apologize!!!! Fast forward about a year later the top plate cracked. So again he went in and had to get it fixed. Fast forward to the beginning of 2026 still more problems!!! Top plate cracked AGAIN!!!! And the anchor in the bottom plate that snaps to his jaw fell out!!! So what happens we had to pay ANOTHER 3000.00 for a new plate. I’m serious people when I say don’t walk, run away from this place. This is an awful place. My teeth are still in great shape after 16 years!!!! They don’t care once you sign the paperwork.!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Ms. Patel is a wonderful dentist.She always take great care of her patience. Her staff is the most friendliest and best I've ever seen! Definitely want to go see them for any teeth issues!

Mrs T and all the ladies were so professional while keeping me informed about what they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. I have had a complex about the condition and looks of my teeth however they all made me feel good and not judged at any time. Also Kelsey at check in is very welcoming and so very kind.

I just wanna give a big shout out to the receptionist today. I don’t remember her name so I’m going to describe her. She was a black female, full figured and she was the sweetest and nicest person ever if she could be at every visit that would be awesome. She is literally the face of the company the minute I walked in she spoke to me. She smiled. Her face glistened so nicely just really, really, really sweet and helpful. Just that alone want me over. Other than that, the other staff that I encounter were very, very nice. There was an older lady in the back. She was very sweet. Every staff that I encounter was very professional and very welcoming I hate going to establishments where people bring their problems to work or feel like the client is the problem when you get paid to do a job, but the staff here seemed very, very happy and focused on doing their job and that’s what I like. I got in and I got out. I feel confident in the dental care that I received. I would definitely be coming back to get my check ups and cleanings so shout out to all the ladies that work there today, God bless you all keep smiling keep letting your light shine because you just never know who’s day you would make and what difference you can make by just smiling and saying something kind or nice to someone or just being patient with someone everybody on this earth is struggling with something and we are all supposed to help each other so thank you once again !!!!!!:)
