My first visit to Aspen Dental was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and took the time to explain everything they were doing, which made me feel comfortable right away. The office was clean and welcoming, and I was taken back right at my appointment time with very little waiting in between seeing the hygienist and the dentist. Overall, it was a smooth visit, and I would definitely recommend them.

I had to have two teeth pulled due to my own negligence. I came in really stressed out and worried because of a terrible experience I had years ago with a completely different dentist office. The folks at Aspen Dental had a team meeting just for me to address my stress. I heard the whole thing. Audrey, the assistant, did a fantastic job. She was friendly, listened, made me feel at ease and was very organized. The dentist, Rangitsch, was an absolute professional. A master of the craft. I was shocked at how easily he was able to accomplish the work. It was quick and painless and I had practically no trauma afterward. Here 3 days later I thought I would be sitting here with an ice pack on my face. Not once have I needed ice. My sockets are healing rapidly and I'm overjoyed. I was impressed days ago and am impressed now.

I was so nervous about having to see a dentist. But from the 1st visit the staff is amazing! Megan is so kind and welcoming when you walk in. The DA's, Trista & Hannah had me laughing and kept the mood easy going. The hygienist Raven, very easy to talk to. She explained what was going on in my mouth and what was needed to make it better. Dr Rangitsch was so chill! Great bedside manner and eased my nervousness. 1000% would recommend Aspen Dental!!

As a new patient with an emergent and painful issue, I was so thankful to have called and be offered a same day exam and X-rays. Chelsea at the front desk was kind and caring, she listened and thoroughly explained my options at each step of my visit. From front desk, assistant, to doctor on duty: I’m thankful for this team of individuals!

This place was terrible. My husband needed dentures. They never could get them to fit right. Our son was getting married and they promised he'd have dentures and would be able to eat. No, he didn't so no dinner for him. No nice smiling photos at the reception either. He had to drive to another location almost an hour away because they didn't have a dentist in the PB office that could do implants Needles to say, that didn't work out. After they milked the insurance, they told him he owed a lot more money for all the visits he had trying to get his dentures to fit. This is a money grab on our option. Read reviews. Go to a regular practice dentist not a corporate type place like this.

About Aspen Dental - Poplar Bluff

Aspen Dental in Poplar Bluff offers general dentistry along with restorative options such as dental implants, dentures, crowns, bridges, and root canal treatment. The practice describes its approach as combining thorough exams and clear treatment planning with straightforward cost estimates, so patients understand their options before care begins.

For patients considering dental implants, the practice notes that treatment can address a single missing tooth or support full dentures for those missing most or all of their teeth. They also offer flexible financing, most dental insurance is accepted (though Medicaid is not), and an in-house savings plan is available for patients without insurance who want to reduce out-of-pocket costs.

About the Care Team

The care team at this Aspen Dental office takes patients through a full exam and X-rays before recommending a treatment plan, explaining findings in plain language so patients know what to expect. For procedures like implants, crowns, or dentures, the team provides temporary restorations when needed and follows up to check fit and comfort as healing progresses. Aftercare guidance is tailored to the specific treatment, whether it is a filling, a root canal, or an implant placement.
