I had an excellent experience at this dental practice. Dr. Colby is truly outstanding鈥攈is knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine compassion immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I also want to give special recognition to Ms. Leslie, who consulted with me and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt supported every step of the way. The dental assistants were equally amazing鈥攑rofessional, attentive, and incredibly kind. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care with a personal, compassionate touch.

I officially have a good treatment plan! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly 馃榾 I have a great dental home and team now after years of searching and hesitation. I鈥檓 finally going to pull the trigger and get dentures to start and implants later down the road. Thank you Aspen Dental!

They had my original review deleted since they knew it made them look terrible. I'm going to repost it, since they don't deserve your business.
They use scare tactics to get you to pay extreme prices for dental work. They quoted me $1200 for a "deep cleaning with powder applied to pockets below the gumline", saying they discounted it as best they could. Telling me each tooth would be around $200 if they went through each one, but they were hoping the powder spread with the "massively discounted price".
I'm 31. Never had a dentist or a cleaning. Had a bit of tartar build up. A dentist in beaumont made my smile clean and white for 300 dollars.
Aspen thought I was the average person in the area. They thought I was you. Don't let them tell you how bad your mouth is and that you need to pay them 1000's. They're con artists. I'm a car dealer (whole reason for the dental visit), and I can point out predatory word tracks. Every staff member here is trained to make you believe your mouth is in immediate danger. From the dental assistants, to the lady who sits you down for numbers, they are trying to get every dollar possible through mental manipulation.

I went to Aspen Dental in Port Arthur, Tx. to get a cleaning for my teeth under $200. I am 64 years old. I brush my teeth 2 to 3 times a day. I floss 1 to 2 times per day, after each meal. Instead of being able to get a teeth cleaning, the hygienist and the dentist instead tried to upsell me a deep cleaning for over $1500. Consequentially, I waste my time going there because they never gave me the option to have a regular cleaning, which is what I booked an appointment for. Now I鈥檓 having to search for a dentist to do a regular cleaning. My teeth do not need a deep cleaning! I have no cavities and my mouth is as clean as humanly possible. The last time I鈥檝e had a cleaning for my teeth was less than a year and a half ago. Although I know I should go every six months, I take pristine care of the teeth that I have for a 64-year-old man. I would not recommend anyone going to any dentist, including Aspen Dental in Port Arthur, that is more concerned about up selling services rather than listening and doing the minimal necessary preventative medical services needed. Unfortunately, with Aspen Dental up selling is more important than servicing the general public. What I got was an attempt to sale me two implants for upwards of $11,000.00. Don鈥檛 waste your time as I did. Until the public call this behavior out, the public will continue to be victimized by greed!

I had a tooth to break off . I was able to get an appointment with Aspen dental in Port Arthur, Tx I had to have it extracted (wisdom Tooth) ! Every one so nice ! I was very scared to have it done , but they All made me very Comfortable! The Dentist (Dr Colby) and his assistant ( Aryah) were so patient and kind ! In the process of the removal , there was NO Pain! Excellent! Great Place for Your Dental Needs !
