I called Aspen Dental in Montgomery and had a very disappointing experience. They were extremely rude, left a nasty message on my answering machine, and even canceled my appointment without properly communicating with me.
Thankfully, I reached out to the Prattville location, and they completely turned my day around. The staff went above and beyond to help me. Yes, the wait was long, but it was absolutely worth every minute. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I can’t wait to see the final outcome.

Jennifer Stewart the assistant office manager, was so helpful. Service was good and was sweetest person She took the time to help me understand the care I needed and was able to help to receive service same day. Sierra was awesome! She was very friendly and professional. Just a joy to be around. Sierra was able to get my dental plan in place. She even found a finance company for an easy payment plan. It only took about 5 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thanks Sierra!

One of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of setting up dental work??? She made things possible that that I couldn’t believe she made it to where I could actually get a procedure done that at first I didn’t think I would be able to get it done and she made it 100% possible for me to get the procedure done so I can smile again. She is probably one of the greatest people that I have ever actually gotten to speak to about getting my dental health back to where it needs to be. she made me so happy And I 100% could not believe it. I wouldn’t say something like this often, but she deserves plenty of blessings.. Seirra Deserves to be employee for life up there to me all I can say is thank you times 1 million for everything she did for me and all the paperwork she went through to get it to where I could afford it thank you and thank you and thank you again!!!!!

Update went back today (3/4) for a follow up. This visit was good. They got me back fairly quick since I was just meeting with the hygienist. She cleaned and I was out in 10 minutes.
2/18: Visit was okay. Ms. Jennifer Stewart was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me.however, I did wait almost an hour before being seen by the hygienist and doctor, but right now I’m giving them the benefit that they were just behind today. The problem is no one cleaned or brushed my teeth. The hygienist did a drill to get the plaque off but that was it.
They did call me several times to confirm my appointment. They also moved my appointment from 4:00pm to 3:30pm then to 2:30pm.
