Today’s visit was pain free. I was greeted by Cathy as I walked in and Susie checked me in and made sure my information was correct. Kristen did my cleaning and as usual it was amazing. Kristen is always friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable. Dr Park came in and checked on me and went over Motto with me and did a same day appointment for me so I could get started right away. Leslie sealed the deal at the end making sure all the paperwork and appointments were set! Best experience ever! I left with a smile on my face.

This was our first time to visit here. We had been to several dentist offices closer to home, only to hear that this was going to be a long and costly process. Aspen Dental of Prescott Valley was Incredible!! The front receptionist, Cat, was very welcoming, our wait to get called in the back was very short as well. Autumn was very informative and thorough during the X-ray process and also in the exam room. The Dentist also was amazing as he took us through a step by step plan for our treatment. He explained all our options and allowed us to decide what treatment plan we desired. After we finished up with the exam, we were introduced to Cassie. She too was AMAZING!! She took the extra time to explain the many different payment options, and also ways to save us on the final costs. We appreciate the effort she took to accommodate our work schedule, while also considering the distance we have to travel in order to reasonably hit the upcoming appointments. Overall, this entire team really took a very stressful situation and flipped it around and made the worry turn into a positive and pleasant experience!! Thank you all SO MUCH!!

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Aspen Dental and will not be returning. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, yet I waited while being told repeatedly that they were “just getting a room ready,” despite having taken the entire day off because this office is frequently behind schedule. I came in for a replacement night guard. I have always worn a lower night guard, but they made an upper instead. When I questioned this, the technician stated that she had never made a lower night guard and that my chart reflected an upper. I advised her several times that I have always had a lower night guard, but my repeated statements were dismissed in favor of what was written in the chart. I was also told there was “no difference” between an upper and a lower guard, which is simply not true for many patients. I was told that I could refuse the upper night guard, but that doing so would require me to return for a new scan. Given that my entire mouth had already been scanned previously, that I had already taken time off due to repeated delays, and that the issue stemmed from incorrect charting, I chose not to return. I was also told I needed another deep scaling due to gum pockets. When I explained that the procedure had been extremely painful for me in the past and declined, I was told they would not perform a regular cleaning. There was no discussion of pain‑management options or alternatives — just pressure to proceed. For clarity, I learned during a prior visit in October, when I came in for the night‑guard scan, that the office had been holding a credit on my account for over two years that I had never been informed about. To be fair, the woman at the billing desk during my most recent visit was polite and apologetic. She did mention that my frustration felt like it was being taken out on her, and I immediately apologized and made it clear that was not my intention, as I was not upset with her personally. She was clearly dealing with the aftermath of decisions made elsewhere. However, the overall tone from the clinical staff felt dismissive and argumentative, and I left feeling talked down to rather than listened to. Mistakes were not acknowledged, and the inconvenience and stress were placed entirely on me. If you value being heard, respected, and treated like a person rather than a chart entry, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I had a tooth extraction and cleaning in on visit! Extractions aren't fun and I've never heard anyone say they had fun doing so. The dentist was considerate and did her best to make it comfortable! The cleaning was thorough and comfortable! I have all dental work at Aspen and have for quite awhile and don't plan to go to any other clinic, even though we have to drive 1.5 hrs. to and from. They are always helpful in making sure we get reasonable costs.

Id just like to let people know that my experience today was amazing. Im only 37 and I was going in today to check my options for dentures. As you can imagine I was very nervous, I even thought about rescheduling. From the moment I walked in the the staff was helpful and very pleasant! The woman that took my x-rays made me feel at ease and made sure to be gentle as im missing many teeth. She then took me to another room to scan my teeth and take my vitals and again very gentle and friendly. The Dr. Came in and explained my options to me after he examined my teeth and x-rays. He was very kind, gentle, knowledgable and truthful with me about what I should do but emphasized that we'd do whatever I chose to do. (I had a couple options.) Lastly I met with office manager Cassandra Pott. She went over the cost of the procedures with me and helped me pick a payment option that fit my budget. She made me feel so excited to start the journey to my new smile! We set up all my appointments and she made sure to set these appointments around my work schedule for my convenience. She was wonderful and told me i could call or email her anytime with any questions! I just felt like I should let people know that if you've been putting off the dentist for whatever reason give Aspen dental a try they'll make you feel like you came to the right spot!
