Absolutely wonderful! They talked me through a payment plan. Even though I understand that I'm very much struggling financially, they made sure that I could get it taken care of. They're working with me to make sure I understand my plan really well over all these people are taking really good care of me and I highly recommend them

From the moment I had my name called I was met with an Incredibly condescending attitude by the dental assistant I think her name was Mya or Myrah. Even when I was explaining my problem. I have a pretty severe gag reflex and as a result severe dental anxiety, and I was met with incredible disrespect by a dental assistant. She quite literally let out a small chuckle and had the face of “that’s not my problem”. I had to end my own visit voluntarily because they apparently have zero accommodations for people with a gag reflex, other than to make you feel stupid for it. The actual dentist was a lot nicer in explaining, despite them not having any accommodations like I said. And the receptionist was also very nice. It’s sad that one assistant ruined the entire experience. Not being able to accommodate an individual gag reflex is fine, even though every single other dentist I have ever been to has had experience working with gag reflexes. The way I was treated about it absolutely was not. It is clear by a few of the other reviews on here that other people are having issues with this assistant as well.

I will start off with the dentist whom was great, very kind and thorough. Would return if only for her.
The rest of the experience felt like I was buying a used car. I go in for a tooth problem and leave with a 4K quote at a desk that felt like a financing office for an auto dealership. Mind you the quote included MULTIPLE things I didn’t want addressed yet. The hygienist although experienced came in like she made commission trying to sell me a oral cancer screening (mind you I have no risk factors I’m 36 and or any real reason to be screened, but don’t worry it’s only 40 bucks!) they use all this fancy technology and I still left with a toothache and 4K quote that 95% included stuff I didn’t come there for. (There was literally a layout of all the “models” of dentures someone could buy at the “financing office”like what?)
This was so transactional it was bothersome. If you don’t mind dishing out thousands of dollars in things you didn’t ask to ….. it’s your place! Will not be returning, back to my old school dentist for me.

I recently attempted to schedule a consultation at Aspen Dental in Puyallup, WA and found their website to be quite challenging to navigate; it did not allow me to upload our insurance information, which was frustrating. Upon arrival, my husband presented both of our insurance cards to the representative, but they only took one and stated they could not validate the insurance. Rather than taking the time to confirm the second insurance, the staff provided him with a quote and encouraged him to finance the proposed plan. Overall, I found the experience to be unprofessional and not customer-focused.

This was the best experience ive had at a dentist. I read the reviews before making my appointment,I almost didn't go because of one bad review. I'm so happy that I went. They are kind and compassionate. I'm really glad I found this dental office.
