just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the amazing team at Aspen Dental. ❤️
From the moment I walked through the doors, everyone made me feel welcomed, cared for, and heard. The front desk staff was kind, I was brought back quickly, and the dental assistant took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
The dentist was compassionate, patient, and made sure I understood every step of the process. I was incredibly nervous because I was having all of my upper teeth removed and receiving immediate dentures, but they made one of the scariest days of my life so much easier.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful lady who made my dentures. She was so sweet and genuinely cared about making sure everything fit and looked right. It meant more to me than she probably realizes.
I know I still have a healing journey ahead of me, but because of this team, I walked out feeling hopeful instead of afraid. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and the compassion you showed me. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me and would absolutely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who is feeling nervous about getting dental work done.

The only reason I am giving this review is the way I was treated after my visit at Valley View. The Dentist was nice and did a good job. The staff on the other hand was terrible. I was told my prescription would be at the pharmacy. I had to wait for my medication for 2 hours. I had to keep calling the office and the guy answering the phone was extremely rude, like he was barking at me. I told him that I would call corporate and he said go right ahead they will not do anything. Andrew would not let me speak to the office manager or the dentist. The pharmacist saw that I was in pain and called them. I will never go back to them due to his rude behavior. I work in the medical field and I would have definitely gotten someone to speak with the patient. What kind of training and people are you hiring?

I was very skeptical of using Aspen because I didn’t like the idea of a chain style dentist. Happily I have nothing but good things to say. The front staff was attentive and helpful, my dentist Dr Salem was warm, professional, and explained issues and plan of care well. My hygenist Katie was thorough while being gentle and caring. I’m very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend them.

Was visiting from Seattle and chipped my front tooth in the airport on the way. They treated me better than my normal dentist office. Everyone was friendly, inviting, and helpful. The tooth was fixed quickly the morning after I arrived, after a short office visit. Cannot say enough good things. Give this group a try!

I see that Aspen has found a way to make $$$$. Tried to get me to sign a $4200 financial agreement for teeth. It's obvious that making money is their only priority. My experience 5 years ago wasn't like that. They were good. I will never visit this establishment again. I will go to South Carolina to get them for $600 or to Affordable Dentures. He wouldn't even show me the cheapest set. Absolutely outrageous. Not sure if they got new management or whatthe problem is but not a wonder that business isn't going well.
