Called the day before and was in at 7:30 the next morning, which was perfect for me because I work 10 hours days and did not have to take time off. Greeted with a smile and taken to the back within 5 minutes. The doctor, she is on it, always! She is so genuine and gentle with me and she prides herself in her work. We got a plan going and although she reinforces what she recommends, she comes with a no pressure approach but more of an, "I got you when you ready, but here is the risk if you wait too long approach. " My filling was all that was needed today and she did it very fast, looks awesome and is very sturdy (front tooth area).

Long post sorry……From walking through the door to walking out I was treat wonderful they went above and beyond there job for me. I had been in serve pain on antibiotics for Month was told to keep coming back to only be put on another antibiotic I booked a appointment that Wednesday online hoping I could get someone to do something they had a Friday appointment and I was off so I was hoping that was a sign. Got there at 11 was worked up done scans X-rays and spoke with the hygienist she looks over told me a treatment plan, Dentist came in really sweet and caring lady would give her 100% rating told me I had book the wrong appointment I was booked for exam time not a extraction but she could tell I was done with pain. Her Assistant and Her agreed to stay late it was after there closing time on a FRIDAY and I was a new patient to them I work in a Dr office so I know how big of a deal it is to stay late on a Friday when you could be leaving starting your weekend. They extracted my tooth and didn’t rush me out the door took time to make sure everything was ok and I was good. The lady that check me out was extra nice I never not once felt rushed she came up with a plan for me to come back and get a cleaning and filling that would work with me. I even went ahead and paid for my future visit. And the price for my visits was wonderful all I could think while getting the 16 xray, Panoramic ultrasound and a digital scan I was going to own them my car but I think I spent more money in the antibiotics than I did for the visit. Sorry I didn’t remember anybody’s name only one I have is Mari that was wrote on my card. But I will tell everyone about my experience and send everyone I know to them you have earn you a regular customer.. Thank you Apen Dental Rockingham team y'all rock!!!!

Hello, I would like to give a special shout out to Kat in the Rockingham NC office. I came into the office yesterday (3.20.2026) after I actually missed my appointment at Affordable Denture. I had come to Aspen some time last year and needed antibiotics for an abscess. I was told that I needed to have all my teeth removed and pay 30,000 dollars to have implants. I obviously did not have that.. Also, I left with no antibiotics and had to see another doctor to prescribe me something. After missing my appointment yesterday I decided to try and see if I could talk to someone different. WELL!!!! Kat was the one that helped me. AND WHEN I SAY THAT SHE WAS AMAZING!!!! She was actually on her way out when I came in , she stayed 2 hours to help me! She explained everything to me in detail, made me feel comfortable, made me laugh & most importantly treated me like a person and not just money walking through the door. It cost absolutely nothing to be kind to someone & that's exactly what she did! (We need to clone her and have just all Kat's working in all offices...lol) I am very appreciative of the kindness that I received yesterday. Thank You!!! -Dana Childs

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in Rockingham. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Ms. Annet, who did my cleaning, was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing so I felt completely comfortable. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Kayla, who took my X-rays, was just as wonderful—friendly, patient, and very professional. She made the whole process quick and easy. The doctors were outstanding as well. They took time to explain my treatment options clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my dental care. Overall, Aspen Dental Rockingham offers excellent service with a caring and highly professional staff. I truly appreciate the great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Aspen Dental in Rockingham, NC is a great Dental office. It was our first visit and it went well from beginning to end. From Dr. Shalini, OM-Cat, DA-Kayla, Ms. Annette and Shannen. They were all professional and friendly made us feel at home. We highly recommend this location. It was very pleasant. Everything went smoothly. We don't mind following thru with all our future appointments even after 1 hour away from home.
