Everyone was very friendly, which I appreciated. But when it came time to the exam, I was not explained the results or why the prescribed cleaning was needed. I was literally told you had to pay $600+ for a deep clean and we will prescribe you medications as well costing more money. They were happy to explain the finance options to me though 🙄. So I sought a second opinion, a clinic I have been to before and they informed me I didn’t need the deep cleaning or medications, that only required standard cleaning and observation. My advice is to ask questions or seek second opinion.

I would give them less if I could. I had cracked my tooth on Friday. It was Tuesday before I could get in. I picked this place because online they said they had affordable rates and it SEEMED like they cared about your wellbeing. When I arrived, I thought I was going to be getting work done on my tooth since I had made an appointment and everything would be taken care of. But I was soon notified as I walked in for x-rays. Only that nothing would be getting done at this appointment. I was visibly in pain because I didn’t take any pain Relievers because I didn’t know what was going to happen at the appointment. It took about 10 minutes for them to x-ray and tell me what was wrong with my teeth and about an hour and a half for the man to drill me about payment plans and billing . He even refused to set me up an appointment unless we decided on a payment plan. Then I discovered that’s what they said I needed it done would cost over $11,000. no sliding scale payments offered. Just insincere “I’m sorry youre in pain” Every time I mentioned that thinking about this right now wouldn’t work. They also said that I would have to come back for five different appointments . This was totally rediculous. So not only did they not care about the level of pain I was in they cared more about setting up payment plans then helping someone. I also had to call back the clinic three different times in order to get pictures of my x-rays and the prescription sent to the pharmacy for the infection. I will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN

The staff was quite kind and caring! I had a hiccup with my insurance, however Tony was able to figure it out. The person who took my X-rays, the dental tech and dentist were also extremely professional. They figured out the best course of care for me, and even offered installation payments, which we determined were nearly 3,000. It will be totally worth it to be proud of my smile again!!

Aspen Dental is the greatest ever! I had an emergency one night and they took me in first thing next morning and fixed everything. Did not feel a thing. They are all kind, helpful, patient and great people all over. Best service, you will not regret it.

Aspen Dental and a Cigna DHMO are a match made in hell. I came for a simple teeth cleaning while still under coverage. Instead, I received a dose of radiation and a sales pitch for a SUPER DUPER top of the line cleaning for $2500-5,000.
Thanks, guys, for squandering my only chance to get a cleaning in while still under coverage.
They did "earn" their one star by having the decency to waive their charge, which should have been free in the first place, according to my insurer and Aspen's representative. My ID, Group ID, other insurance info was a provided the previous afternoon and 15 minutes before my appointment, and still it was a problem. A problem that wasn't identified until after their x-ray and exam. Pathetic.
