As a new patient, I was greeted warmly. Paperwork was completed easily.
All the staff I dealt with were friendly and very professional. Kudos to Toya who did. X-rays and imaging and Apryl who checked my teeth and gums. Dr B is wonderful. She explained her evaluation and recommendations clearly.Dr B has a very calming and reassuring manner. I felt very well cared for by her and everyone at Aspen.
I highly recommend Aspen Dental for comfort and comprehensive dental services.

5 stars for Salisbury Aspen. I had wisdom teeth removed elsewhere on May 8 and developed dry socket while traveling for work. I called on May 18, they saw me same-day as a walk-in.
> Olivia was kind and hilarious and made a painful situation so much easier. Dr. B explained everything clearly and kept checking my comfort, and Karen gave me excellent aftercare tips so I wouldn't stress later.

I am writing on behalf of a friend who visited this facility today. She had previously contacted the office to confirm that her insurance is accepted prior to her scheduled appointment. Despite bad weather and road conditions she received a message to confirm her appointment yesterday. When she arrived this morning she was informed that her insurance was not accepted. She waited and waited and was never seen by a dentist. This was an incredibly unpleasant and disappointing experience with Aspen. She will not return.

From the front desk to the drs, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and personable from the moment I walked in. I have to give a shout out to Dr.B for a smooth extraction. She was gentle, patient, and made the extraction quick and stress-free. Can’t forget to give another shout out to my girl Sara. Her energy is unmatched and I truly enjoyed getting to talk to her. I would definitely return to this office!

They are extremely kind and dedicated to making you happy. Had a mess up on my top denture and they literally started the whole thing over from the start and had them finished for me by the end of the same day!! They said that I was told I would walk outta there with a full new set and they 1000% delivered on that guarantee!! Thanks to Mark the technician that even stayed until he seen me put them in!! That's amazing dedication. Thank you so so very much
