A++ Positive Experience! Aspen Dental staff were friendly, professional, and most of all empathetic to my personal treatment and needs. They explained processes and made me feel informed and supported along the path to clean teeth! Clear pricing and insurance support gave me a peace of mind to get on the right path, thank you.

I had an appointment today (5/7/26) for extractions- and the dentist and her assistant were sooooo nice. Absolutely NO pain, and she was fast. Best dental experience ever!! I love everyone at Aspen Dental in San Angelo! Not only is everything super clean, but every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been extremely nice and very personable. I definitely will stick with Aspen for all my dental needs.

Wish I could give zero stars. My husband chipped one of his front teeth and Aspen Dental was one of the places our insurance approved so we made an appointment. Dentist talked him into getting crowns on the front two teeth plus a deep cleaning and quoted him a price of $1500. We asked several times if that would be the final total and was assured it was but there might be a slight insurance adjustment which was fine we understand. Received a bill of $165 in the mail which while unexpected was okay. When he went back for the final adjustment, however, we were told he now owed another $700 on top of everything else. Did talk to their finance person but she just made the excuse that it was all on our insurance. That may be true but we’ve never had a dental office be this wildly off on the amount we owed. Needless to say, we are done with Aspen dental and just want to warn others of their shady practices. Oh and on a side note- they are not gentle! He has a high pain tolerance but said he was almost in tears with the rough way he was treated during both procedures.

The beautiful receptionist was very nice and extremely helpful and the guy that took the x-rays was very patient with my mobility. And the dentist was very nice and the lady that explained the costs was very knowledgeable and helpful too! Overall, from the beautiful receptionist thru the entire process was extremely satisfying! Thank You Aspen Dental for pleasant experience!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this office, though it can be a bit hard to get an appointment, but I expected that with a bigger office. Dr. Lew the oral surgeon was amazing with my wisdom teeth removal, he explained everything beforehand which eased my nervousness, I also have had fillings done previously and Dr. Cantu was great even with my needle anxiety. Everyone there is just so professional and nice, they also offer great payment plans and the place is also very clean, I definitely recommend!
