The dentist and the assistant that did my extraction were amazing. Very calming reassuring people and very quick. The numbing always scares me but there was literally no pain or discomfort he did such a good job. They both talked to eachother the entire process and have me something else to focus on. They were really both great and i wish I had been less nervous going in so I could remember their names. My appointment was at 9am sept. 8th, today, so shout out to them 馃檶

I just had my first visit and it was fantastic! I got there early and got right in. I need a new set of dentures, they were able to set up all of my fitting appointments within 2 weeks. Im a cash paying patient and they also gave me a fantastic deal! Hopefully my dentures turn out as great as their service!

Anne has TRULY made me feel more secure and confident with my teeth. I came in expecting the worst, but she was so very calming and easing with information, let alone clarifying!!! As a cancer patient, she has treated me MILLIONS of times better than some of the nurses during my early treatment days. I went 5/6 years avoiding the dentist because of my severe dental phobia mixed with cancer treatments, and she was so caring and understanding and made sure I was conformable the whole time, with NO judgement! Not to mention, she was visibly fully aware of my medical history without me even having to elaborate!! She clearly studied my chart before I came! Not many people do that anymore. I am so glad I was able to have this experience, because now I feel excited about my dental care!!

I was a little nervous about switching dentists, after I got there I felt comfortable. The office staff was very helpful, Anne was very kind, easy to talk, and she took her time to explain. The dentist was laid back and easy to talk to. I was very happy with my experience.

猸愶笍 A very disappointing and unprofessional experience
I had an appointment scheduled at Aspen Dental for myself and another appointment for my husband. I arrived on time for my appointment, while my husband arrived late. However, when I arrived, I was told that supposedly there was no availability to see me and that there were no professionals available.
What bothered me the most was that, when we arrived at the front desk, I could clearly see the dentist there. When he saw us, he immediately went into the treatment room. I cannot know the reason for his reaction, but from my perspective, the situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I completely understand that appointment issues can happen, but patients should not be treated with lies. If there is a problem with an appointment or they are unable to see a patient, the right thing to do is to be honest and clearly explain the situation instead of giving an explanation that does not appear to match what the patient can see.
I arrived on time and simply expected to receive the care I had scheduled. The way this situation was handled made me feel disrespected and extremely disappointed.
Honestly, this was a terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hope they seriously improve their communication, honesty, and treatment of their patien
