I called and made an appt. for my mother in law. Shes 84 and with onset of dementia. The person on the other end was professional and so informative of their facility and what they needed before the appt. They got her appt scheduled within a two day period, only because it fit our schedule. They except walk-ins and are so accommodating. From the front desk to the xray staff to the physical room, the staff was tremendous and very caring in our situation. These members included Dr.Gonzalez, Dee Dee, Shy and Carmen. Im not sure on the last stop with final paperwork and pricing her name, very knowledgeable and kind as can be. All I can say, it shows they all love their jobs and make you feel like a family member. I thank you all for a wonderful experience and we're scheduled again in a few day's for another consultation, only because my Mother in law has to have extensive work done. I look forward to seeing you all soon. God bless 馃檶 馃檹

Aspen Dental was a great place to work with. I鈥檓 usually scared of dentist offices but they made me feel right at home. Assistants Dee Dee and Carmen were super outgoing, fast, and professional. Hygienist Alda and Dr Gonzalez were also very friendly and were able to explain everything about my teeth to me with ease. I鈥檓 leaving Aspen Dental with a plan for my teeth and after years of worry I鈥檓 finally excited to take care of my teeth!

Great experience overall, Dr Gonzalez performed my fillings very well, complete smooth process, would aid in all aspects of the teeth process that she could. Dental assistants Emilee Shy and Carmen were very easy with the process and made it very simple. The front desk ladies made checking in easy, scheduling appointments was great when speaking with them.

I have to say my entire procedure with the Sebring Aspen office went above and beyond all of my expectations. Each and every visit, all employees were professional and the atmosphere was of family and friends. They all worked as a team.
Special shout out to these employees Carmen, you are definitely an employee that Aspen should consider lucky to have you. Although I only saw Emillee the first day, she was kind and professional and took my concerns seriously. Now Shy, your friendly demeanor made my visits an absolute pleasure and your knowledge and enthusiasm for your job, had me looking forward to every visit and confident all would be to my satisfaction.
Dr. Reyes, took exceptional care and addressed all of my concerns. Her sweet personality was the added bonus I was not expecting. I definitely recommend this location, Sebring.

Super nice and friendly. Not much help with managing pain though, multiple infections teeth needing extraction and needing root canals and give ibuprophen like that wasn't the first go to when pain started. Nurses hygienist dr all very nice and welcoming. Just wish they would do more to help with pain.
