Today was my first visit at Aspen due to an emergency and all the staff was wonderful. Dr. Story was exceptionally kind and very informative when giving me options for my treatment. I didn't feel pressured to make choice and thats important to me. Krysti was very kind as well. I also had the opportunity to sit with Heather who listened to what I wanted and how I wanted my plan tailored to my liking. I recommend Aspen dental for anyone who's looking for affordable, efficient dental care.

Shout out to Bre for all of her hard work! As well as the rest of the staff. Everyone was very nice friendly and helpful. Im glad I came. Heather and Scott were so friendly and helpful with my assessment and getting things going for me. Sloane is super friendly and made sure i was comfortable and had all I needed. Dr Story is very friendly and knowledgeable, she is very dedicated to keep her patients satisfied.

I met with Dr. Story today for a crown prep. I was most impressed with the amount of time she spent with me. The affected tooth is “on its last leg” after having had crowns placed on that tooth several times throughout my life. It was a time-consuming process but I expect the tooth will get me through my days (I am 75). Dr. Story and her assistant Krysti kept me comfortable and informed during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Story and her team for anyone needing dental care.

I went to Aspen Dental for their brand of invisalign and I wasn't expecting to get approved for their loans for the $2,400.00 required for this procedure. Fortunately they approved me with small $150.00/month payments for 18 months. I'll receive the invisalign in 2 weeks! I am so excited. The process was so simple and fast. I would highly recommend.

do not go. they only have 1 hygienist on duty and she will work on multiple patients at a time. You will wait up to 40 minutes to just get started. Then you have to wait till she goes to check or work on another patient. the employees including dentist discuss things in the hallways so you can hear. Also the dentist walk around in what looks like joggy pants and t shirt. The other techs look like they are the dentist vs. the actual dentist. No one discussed this is how they operate. Worst experience of my like and i am 67 with a dentist. The techs and the receptionist were great.
