I took my mother in law in to see the dentist the same day I called for an appointment to address concerns about her dentures. She had her last tooth pulled one afternoon and experienced no pain. Her dentures were fixed by the next day. She was so happy to have her smile back and feel so confident. I was offered coupons for the work done and it was very affordable. Thank you to the fill in Doctor, he was very compassionate and for the full time Doctor for making her feel so comfortable, cared for and his fine work.

Today my husband and I had follow up appointments and were shocked to find the team we had been working with had left. However... Annie worked very hard to clear up an insurance issue, she went above what she had too. She was kind and pleasent while getting the issue resolved. Crystal was very kind and got both settled so that Sam could take care of us from there. Sam was amazing working with us both. We are pleased with the level of care from the whole office. We enjoyed meeting all the new team and will be staying with the office for our dental needs. Thank you everyone!

Had a bit of an emergency, my usual clinic didn't have the ability to see me for over 2 weeks. But I was able to see them same day.
The staff was nice. Samantha helped explain what was going on, and we ended up pulling the tooth. It was painless.
I'll be moving to Aspen as my primary dental provider moving forward.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental - Siloam Springs. After a painful experience at a previous dental office, I was honestly nervous about returning to the dentist at all. During my exam, I learned I needed a deep gingivitis cleaning, and I explained my worries to the staff.
The first hygenist was incredibly kind and gentle, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. She took the time to clearly explain what was happening with my teeth and how I could improve my dental health, and the procedure was completely pain free. At my four week checkup, Sam and Crystal helped me. Sam was just as wonderful, patient, encouraging, and very thorough with education.
What stood out most was that I never once felt judged or pressured. From the front desk staff to the hygienists, dentist, and even the office manager, everyone treated me with kindness and respect.
I know Aspen Dental sometimes gets negative reviews, but the Siloam Springs location has been outstanding. They truly work with you, explain everything clearly, and help you move forward at your own pace. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Staff here is amazing! And I'm super grateful for Aspen Dental. I had a cracked tooth that caused me intense pain, medication was not working, had to go to ER to get a shot to help tolerate the pain. Next day I called Aspen, they scheduled me an appointment for the same day, I got a consultation and they set up a plan. I was scheduled for an extraction on May 11th, but I was put on the Emergency list. Literally, same week, I was able to be squeezed in earlier. It took the dentist an hour to pull out 3 wisdom teeth PLUS the cracked tooth that was causing me pain. Had a deep clean. And overall experience was easy, staff was and is great, and I'd recommend Siloam Springs Aspen Dental to anyone who reads this post. :)
