Called multiple times trying set up appointment always having to leave a voice message to be ignored. It's fine I'll take my business else where terrible customers service. Sioux City does it better

Had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. They were very clear about what to expect prior to the appointment. St my appointment everyone was friendly and took time to explain the process and results. I felt comfortable and care for.

Today I visited Aspin dental in Sioux Falls for the first time since moving to South Dakota. I had made an appointment and just mentioned that I had a tooth that might start bothering me soon They had booked me for a shorter visit, when I arrived, explained that they would take a look at my tooth and then we could reschedule for a longer consultation. I was very happy with that because my priority that day was the tooth that might start bothering me soon. They were extremely busy that day, but they were very kind and professional. I didn’t feel rushed. The doctor came in and explained my options which were not what I was expecting. In the very busy state that he was in, he took his time and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. I look forward to going back again. Thank you, Aspen Dental team
