What an amazing experience. Pain free. Very sweet and professional they are always the best. This is why I come here and make the drive. Eden and Dr nguyen were amazing with bed side manners. And avi is always friendly with making sure she greets me whenever I come in. Truly an amazing team. Love my Slidell Aspen girls

literally some of the nicest people I've probably ever met especially in a setting like that , it's very important they made me relax they made me laugh I have a severe anxiety when it comes to Dentist, like most people ,it's pretty next level and you know I am excited to go back and get this show on the road and get my mouth fixed that's how incredible they were! They changed my whole opinion on going to the dentist so that should say something , they're just all great like each person that I met there was kind and explain things thoroughly and I recommend this place to anyone!!

Everyone was very nice however, my overall experience was not good. I called in Advance to ask pricing of services that I wanted. I was given information and I repeated it for clarity. When I got there after my X-rays and initial consult what was supposed to be a total cost of $150 or $160 (cleaning/new customer) the visit turned into a $2200 price tag! I was told they could not just do a general cleaning of my teeth! That due to mild periodontal needs they only offer peridontal services at an inflated costs. I was offered a discount of $400 but that still meant $1600 for cleaning my mild issue. I was charged for the visit and paid $29 and had to leave without receiving any service that I initially called about and came for. Would not recommend. Felt it was a bait and switch. Not cool! The quoted pricing of $29 visit and $130 cleaning is apparently only offered if you only need your teeth polished! Dentist said my teeth/mouth were in really good shape but tech said I had mild age related bone loss (periodontal disease) so a general cleaning was not permitted and my only option was $1600 vs $150 quoted! Felt cheated let down and aggravated that I wasted my time and spent $29 to be frustrated and leave without service I specifically came for.

Very bad company. I went for an extraction. That is it. Lady signs me up for a discount plan that charges me every year. I never signed up for this. If I did then I was conned and was unaware of what I was signing. My extraction was labeled a surgical extraction. Cost more. Took dr 30 seconds to pull my tooth. I called corporate # and they couldn't even find my account. Tried phone#, address, email, everything but my social. Told to call the direct location. I did. They didn't know what to do either. It's insane! I despise aspen dental and will never refer, use, or recommend! I will share what I know about aspen dental though馃え馃槈. Best wishes. Go back to new york

From the moment I walked in as a first-time patient, I felt completely at ease. Avi and Dr. Gallien were incredibly supportive and helped ease my anxiety throughout the entire visit. They were both informative, patient, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciated the comfort and attention I received and would highly recommend to anyone.
