My first visit to this dental office started off as an excellent experience. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. Miss Elaine was an outstanding dental hygienist. She did an amazing job, took excellent X-rays, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated the care and professionalism she showed.
Unfortunately, my overall experience ended on a disappointing note. My appointment was at 11:30 a.m., and after waiting until 1:30 p.m., I still had not been seen by the dentist. I was repeatedly told that the doctor was coming in, but after two hours of waiting, I decided to leave without ever seeing the dentist.
While I sincerely appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially Miss Elaine, the excessive wait time without being seen by the dentist was unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this office.

The plate is a year old and already falling apart.
I came into the office signed in, people who came in after me were called before me. When i was finally called, I showed the problem. I was then told it was out of warranty!! I argued it. They then look at my warranty and see it is a seven year warranty. They brought a tray to the lobby to have me remove my plate infront of everyone in the lobby. I guess I didn't deserve any privacy or dignity to at least walk behind the door!! I was then told it would be an hour at least and they would call my phone when it was ready.
I stopped coming here due to the way I was treated in the past and very unsatisfied work. When I expressed my dislikes I was basically told that's the way it is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! You can get better treatment at Grady!

Great service and a thorough walkthrough of all recommended treatments and services. Elaine was phenomenal during my cleaning, she was gentle, knowledgeable, and provided clear guidance on areas I need to focus on improving. Dr. R took the time to review everything with me and answer my questions, and Keith did an excellent job explaining the treatment plan and associated services. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. I’m glad I chose this office and am happy to be a patient here!

My first experience at Aspen Dental was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was a little nervous since it was my first visit, but Nicole, my dental tech, completely changed that.
Nicole was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, which helped ease my anxiety right away. Her patience and friendly attitude made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing top-tier service.
Because of Nicole, my first dental experience at Aspen Dental was way better than expected. She made what could have been a nerve-wracking appointment feel easy and positive. Nicole is a major asset to their team. Highly recommend!

Elaine is always a pleasure to work with. She keeps me well informed through out every process, while ensuring my comfort. I've never been more knowledgeable about my teeth until having her take care of my dental needs. The rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming, and always get the job done
