When I went to my first initial visit, from the moment I walked in the door everyone was so very kind and respectful. From the receptionist, the x-ray technician, the hygienist, the dentist, and the office manager my experience was wonderful. Everyone was so very knowledgeable, took their time to explain things to me, offered me water, and helped walk me through financing process. Everyone was very positive and made me feel as though I had been coming there for years. I'm so very glad I chose to go to Aspen Dental! I look forward to my upcoming appointments ☺️

I never felt more welcome and at home in an office in my life! I can't say enough good things about Aspen Dental! The lady that set up my appointment was extremely polite, professional, and sounded genuinely sympathetic. She made it quick, easy, and communicated clearly! The ladies at the front desk for check-in were very patient, friendly, and helpful as I was new to Aspen and had questions. Landon, the gentleman that took my x-rays, was just as nice, patient, and assuring as everyone else I'd spoken to! He was also sympathetic toward me and explained everything clearly to me. The dentist Mrs. Yang was THE best dentist I have ever been to! She seemed genuinely concerned, sympathetic, and eager to get to the bottom of my strange dental issues that have been causing me a lot of pain and problems! She is extremely patient and knowledgeable explained everything very thoroughly and even showed me my x-rays and 3D scan on a screen which was cool and super helpful! The lady that helped me with a financial care plan explained things clearly, was patient, helpful, and super nice as well! I also feel that their care plan and pricing is affordable/reasonable. Everyone had a smile on their face and an extremely friendly, respectful, and helpful attitude and they were all amazing listeners made me feel heard and cared about! I highly recommend this location it even smelled amazing lol! I am looking forward to returning for my procedures despite my anxieties regarding pain although I was assured they take pain management seriously and will keep making sure I'm numb. :)

I sincerely look forward to my dental appointments with Nicole. I ALWAYS have a great time. The time & care I receive is truly phenomenal. I always leave in a way better mood than I arrived. Nicole is one of my absolute favorite people! She's kind, hilarious, caring, & easy to talk to. Love Love looooveee coming to Aspen Dental!

Nicole was awesome! I was dreading getting a deep cleaning, but Nicole’s genuine kindness and upbeat personality put me at ease. She did a thorough job and gave me clear aftercare instructions. I’m glad to have someone like Nicole on my team and helping me get my oral health back to where it should be! Can’t recommend her and Aspen Dental enough! :)

My dental tech was very knowledgeable about everything that she was doing explaining in detail to me the entire process and why she did each step. She explained to me what I should be doing each day to take care of my gums and teeth. I was extremely pleased with her and hope that I get her next time.
