I can't recommend Aspen dental enough. Everyone was very happy and polite which stood out. They walked me through everything and were clear and concise. The dental hygienist was also very pleasant and walked me through the steps after a deep cleaning. It was just very refreshing to be in an environment where everyone seemed happy and you felt important and not just a number.

My visit to Aspen Dental started off poorly. When I arrived, the front desk staff member seemed overwhelmed because several new patients had been scheduled at the same time. The initial interaction felt unwelcoming and a bit hostile. I even offered to come back later if it was inconvenient, and while her tone improved afterward, it left a bad first impression. I was told the wait would be very long, but I was seen in about 30 minutes, which wasn’t unreasonable. Once I was taken to the back, my experience improved. The clinical staff were friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the follow-up process has been frustrating. I was told they needed to contact my insurance and would call me with an update. After a week without hearing anything, I called back and was assured I would receive a same-day response. It has now been since April 22, and as of May 6, I still have not received any follow-up. Although this location is listed under my healthcare coverage, the lack of communication makes it hard to recommend. If you’re looking for timely updates and consistent follow-through, this may not be the best option.

The 2 Ashley's and Dr Jennifer were al wonderful. They were friendly, caring and professional and made me feel welcome. They listened to my concerns and we worked out a plan.

Aspen Dental in Surprise exceeded our expectations. We had a not so pleasant experience with previous dental clinic that did my husband’s implants. But Rose Cook ( operations manager) and the whole team made us feel secured and confident that my husband will get good dental care he needed. This is our first clinic appointment but I feel like we have accomplished a lot. The treatment plan was clearly laid out and we had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss options to get the best outcome. We are lucky to find this clinic. Thank you for you do! The moment I walked into the door I felt very welcome and cared for. Ashley took very good care of me , explaining every step and making sure I was comfortable along the way. Unlike other dentists office I didn’t feel judged or as I was a price tag. They worked with my schedule and my finances to ensure I receive the care I much needed. I highly recommend this office for service
