had a great experience at Aspen Dental and couldn’t be more satisfied with the care and service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Alicia, the consultant I worked with, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough when explaining my treatment options. She made the entire process feel stress-free and never rushed me, which I really appreciated.
Tati, the dental assistant, was kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. She made sure I was comfortable at every step and checked in often, which goes a long way if you’re someone who gets nervous at the dentist.
Dr. Luisa was fantastic—professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and informed about my care.
Overall, this team went above and beyond. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care with a friendly, supportive staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The entire team was awesome and so kind from the moment I walked in. Dr. Carvajal is a fantastic provider who truly takes the time to listen. They were incredibly patient in explaining my situation, making sure I fully understood every detail of my care and next steps. I felt heard, supported, and well-informed. I highly recommend Dr. Carvajal to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough doctor! And if you meet Abby!! She is a nurse I think she is so sweet

First the office is very clean and the front office staff was very nice. Dr. Baia did an amazing job calming me down and assuring me everything would be fine. Had my tooth out in 10 minutes. Her assistant Gina was also the best with and helped with my anxiety as well. Alicia was also very sweet and great with explaining my financial responsibilities. I would recommend this place 10 times.

We came with an emergency visit. Sam helped us get comfortable and was super gentle, Dr. Luisa was wonderful, straight to the point, super informative, and gave us a treatment plan! Alisha helped us get care credit set up and took the stress of a $10,000 plan and made it super easy!

Aspen dental had been my go to dentist for the past decade here in Tallahassee. They have helped me with removing teeth, with fillings and overall just helping me get my teeth where they should be. Randy is such an awesome hygienist. She is so friendly and makes the experience more bareable. My tech Abby was such a help. Anyone who comes and had these two will walk out with a better smile, and one just from interacting. Huge thanks to them and Aspen as a whole here.
