I had a dental cleaning appointment with Dr. Niki at Aspen Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Niki was extremely professional, and attentive throughout the entire procedure. She explained each step clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and carried out the cleaning with great care and precision. The clinic itself was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. My visit was much more pleasant than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Niki and Aspen Clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I had a 5 star review up for this location and have to go back and give it the lowest amount possible based off of my experience trying to get my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Natalia Nunez Martinez was beyond rude and barely even acknowledged me as a patient during our first impression, in a room that was piled with every surgical tool she was going to use that day out. She could’ve have 8 patients behind me and their scalpels were laying right on the counter next to the one she was going to use for mine, They were still in their plastic wrapping however I would hope after any kind of procedure. Our room is getting disinfected on every single counter and anything else that could have saliva get touched by. Dr. Nunez is only there for two or three days out of the month so it should be very easy to maintain a wonderful bedside manner as someone responsible for handling the fate of my smile. Dr. Carlos Rodriguez had given me false information about a few things once it came to the day of my appointment, being so misinformed obviously we were upset in the moment and the oral surgeon refused my case, after I paid. They then spent 45 minutes trying to talk me down because they were worried about a bad review. I expressed my anger over the lack of professionalism during which Dr. Carlos Rodriguez said “most oral surgeons tend to just be robotic teeth removing machines.” He had no issue talking down on his peer to a patient, like we were kids on the playground. He wasn’t wrong one bit about Nunez being a cold machine, but the referral he gave me had not an ill-willed bone in their bodies. When we got to the new company we were instantly told that much of what Aspen Dental did was not okay and that they never recommend anyone to Aspen. The new place was shocked to even hear that they were going to take out 4 impacted teeth without sedation. I will never return to this establishment and I hope no one else receives care from Dr. Natalia Nunez Martinez.

Alex at Aspen Dental is an absolute gem. From the second I walked in, she treated me like a human being instead of just another appointment on the schedule. She explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and somehow made the whole process feel way less stressful than it usually is. You can tell she genuinely cares about people. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with the plan. Honestly, she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. If every office had an Alex, the world would be a kinder place and no one would dread the dentist. Highly recommend.

Belkys is a name I will not forget. She was absolutely wonderful. The doctor I saw was also awesome. I am very happy with Aspen Dental in South Tampa. I was here on business and had a problem and they saw me right away (same day). Alice was great as well. I would highly recommend them.

Sonya and Emily are great! The dental hygienist I saw was also really great and informative. They all answered all my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and we’re accommodating. It’s was a very refreshing experience. The Oral Surgeon Mrs. Nunez and her assistants were great. I’m at day two of recover and I’m in very little pain.
