I am very happy with aspen dental. From day one, everyone has been so nice. I was needing a new partial. They took the appropriate x-rays and within two weeks it was all done. It feels good and I'm very happy with the whole procedure. I highly recommend them.

Don't trust these people! Was going to get implants, for certain amount. They had me sign for what they called financing at 20% interest. It was really a credit card. I didn't want a credit card. Didn't say it was a credit card. Then they made a mistake with the total amount like twice the original. I said nevermind, obviously. Then I said you need to void what I signed. Then they gave me a different option for way less that could be covered by my insurance. I said ok to that. But when I got home I had an uneasy feeling about the whole situation. I then got messages from my credit monitoring. That's when I found out it was a credit card. Now I don't want to business with them. All colluding in the back like a bunch of used car salesmen. So I put in a dispute with the credit bureau. Then I cancelled my appointment the day before. Then I found out they already charged over $12k on that stupid credit card that I didn't even want. Before I even had any procedure done. And instead of 20% it was 33%. Bunch of lying crooks.

Good experience, but not traditional. There is a heightened focus on overall health of the mouth, bones, gums, and teeth. If you are expecting a traditional X-ray, cleaning, and review with the dentist this may not be for you. They align more with the new trend of multi visit treatments and packages for treatments. With that said I think I went in with the expectation of a traditional dentist office, and feel shorted by the experience, but would like to reiterate the staff is amazing and the tech used is top notch. I’ve never seen so many angles and pictures of my mouth and teeth.

Although the dentures I got were okay. I will never patronize this business again. I went in with insurance. They told me an amount that my insurance would pay and I was told that my insurance would pay. They verified this that my insurance would pay 100% and I would have no out-of-pocket. That was for the cheaper set of dentures so I went with that Weeks later I get a bill for $930 that I wasn't expecting to pay because I was told I would have no out-of-pocket and now they've sent me to collections it's deceptive practices. To tell me that I would have no out-of-pocket because they verified my insurance and then to bill me for $930 later and not even discussing the possibility of that happening from the from the beginning it's deceptive. They know they're deceiving people and they're doing it anyway.

From check-in to check-out the staff was very friendly and explained every thing. The Dentist was not pushy about doing more then was needed. I went in wanting all my teeth pulled and get dentures. She told me I didnt need them that my teeth and gums were healthy. I only need partial plates for some missing teeth. Highly recommended this Dentistry.
