The employees, Cindy, Emily and JC here at Aspen Dental have made the best experience for me. They were precious and kept me well informed of the procedures that will be performed, as well as, detailed. I felt very comfortable and welcomed! Have no reason for any dental work to be done anywhere else! Aspen dental rocks!

Amazing visit. I love this branch of Aspen Dental. Cheryl was amazing as always in explaining my treatment plan financing and options. Jaycee was extremely patient and thorough in doing my gum disease treatment. She was very comforting, empathetic and was very clear with my instructions for further self-care and maintenance. Very positive experience and looking forward to all my upcoming visits.

I had a wonderful first experience at Aspen Dental. The front desk was very welcoming, and the facility was immaculately clean. My hygienist, Jaycee was gentle yet very thorough, she took the time to answer all my questions about my care plan without making me feel rushed. Highly recommend!"

I’ve been a paying customer at Aspen Dental on Richmond Road, Texarkana for many years, and I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But after multiple frustrating experiences, I feel compelled to share my story.
Back on February 18, I had a full-day appointment scheduled, took time off work, lost a day’s pay only to arrive and be told their technician wasn’t in. No call, no heads-up. The same receptionist who’s always there could’ve notified me the day before or even that morning. She didn’t.
Fast forward to last Thursday, Oct 30, 2025: I stopped by to ask about a repair and warranty coverage. She said it was covered and to bring the item in at 8:00 a.m. Friday and it’d be ready by noon. I did exactly that. The technician confirmed after I asked that they’d remove the liner to do the repair. I called at 12:20 to check if it was ready, and the receptionist said yes. I left work and headed over.
Then came the curveball: she called me enroute, rudely stating I had a “12:00 appointment” and she was closing at 1:00. I was confused, there was never an appointment, just a pickup time. When I arrived, her attitude was dismissive. I reminded her that I paid premium for the item and deserved basic courtesy. Another clerk chimed in with “Sir, you need to just calm down.” Calm down over what? No one told me they closed early on Fridays. She was in a Halloween costume, so maybe theatrics were part of the day.
To be fair, the technician did a great job on the repair. But the front desk experience was consistently poor. I was offered another appointment next week, but I said I might not return. I prepaid for a seven-year package, so I may have no choice.
As I left, the costumed clerk hollered “Have a nice day.” I let it go. But I couldn’t help noticing in 2019, the parking lot was full. These days, it’s mostly empty. That says something.

Elson Smith I had a terrible tooth ache. The Doctor and the team of people did an excellent job. Talked with me gave me information and my perscriptions were waiting at the walgreens for me. What a top notch professional team. I look forward to working with them to improve my smile and my wife's smile.
