I had suffered for years with dental problems. I finally had no choice other than remove the lower teeth. The finance woman brought out a 2 page price list. It was a lot of money. With no dental insurance, it was all going to be paid cash. They had 3 different cost structures to get a dental plate from cheap, middle of the line, and top notch. I wanted the middle range and they told me I would get an immediate temporary set the day of extractions until my mouth healed. I was never given another plate. The day of extraction, the dentist and the owner are very nice, but once the teeth are out, they are gone. The other employees were not that welcoming, like it was just a job to make it to the end of the day. The plate they gave me are so cheap they look like Temu teeth. I had to keep going back in because I was having painful areas and they needed to be filed down to adjust them. They never once got them adjusted correctly. I didn't say anything at first, thinking they were a temporary set until my gums healed. But I never got another set. When I asked they told me these were the only ones I got. I would have never paid so much money (thousands) for these things. They are like cheap, thin, flat plastic which makes eating with them impossible. They cannot cut or grind food. If you are unfortunate enough to have to go here for the cheap price, be aware you get what you pay for. Make sure you see an actual set of each price model of teeth before deciding. And if they tell you they give you a temporary plate, make sure you get it in writing.

Aspen Dental was awesome, I've been to several dentists in my years. I noticed Aspen has all latest equipment. I was so impress. I learned so much from the entire staff. I never liked going to the dentists, but I look forward to my next visit.

I had a good experience with Aspen Dental. I'm from Thailand and sometimes I might have a problem understanding the forms that I have to fill out. The staff was very helpful to me. The staff gladly answered the questions that I had. I really appreciated that. I would recommend Aspen Dental to any of my friends as the place to go for dental care.

My visit was great, way better than the last place I was going to, the customer care was pretty good. Minus a man sneezed and almost died, so they had to sanitize the entire part of earth where he was sitting. But other than I recommend aspen to anyone in the area. Bri the Operation manager was amazing, hopefully Adrain cleaned that chair馃槀 inside joke.

This is to edit my review on Aspen Dental. I'm not changing my star count because this should have never happened. I believe in giving credit where credit is due and that's the reason for this edit. Brittany, Sara, and Millie were exceptional helping my daughter when low and behold not long after I posted my review she miraculously got an appointment for the next morning as soon as they opened. I told my daughter I wanted names of the ones she dealt with. So thank you Brittany, Sara, and Millie for being great people. It's greatly appreciated.
I took my older daughter here to get dentures. The ones she got were really thin but we accepted them because they fit well. She had them for a few months and the bottom ones cracked. We made a call and they got her in fast. It ended up that she needed a new bottom Denture. They got everything ready for her and told her to come get them before 4pm. We arrived and she got the denture but they didn't fit right and she told the lady but was told it was closing time and she just had to wear them. She tried to wear them but it created a bad sore in her mouth. Now she can't seem to get in to get them fixed. They don't want to help her at all. They say wear them but she can't. She was even told to go to another Aspen dental over and hour and a half away. The other one won't touch her dentures because they didn't do them. This is all just a load of scrap that they won't help her now. You can tell the difference in the thickness in the picture.
