The customer care is exceptional, especially from Toni and Andrea. They have been absolutely wonderful with handling my elderly mother who is 89 and my aunt who is 90. We would not go anywhere else. There isn’t a better staff anywhere.

Epic win for North Utica Aspen Dental today! I came in in severe pain. My appointment was for 4pm but they got me in at 8:30am - #Win The staff? SUPER FRIENDLY!! Makenzie took X-Rays and was SUPER sensitive to my much hurting loose tooth! Erin prepped like a master Jedi- a pure Yoda through and through! De. Brittingham is simply THE best. She explained everything in simple terms. She actually was able to extract teeth TODAY! All in all- PERFECT experience. ALL staff were polite, thorough and professional. I left knowing and most importantly, understanding next steps. I’ve got scripts for pain!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Super amazing experience! The staff have been so accommodating getting me in. The dental hygienist that did my cleaning was so amazing. I can’t thank him enough for Being so kind and professional the office manager is a god sent. You can tell the office is running so much smoother since the last time I went there years ago, you’re not sitting long in the waiting room and your upcoming appointments are getting scheduled so much quicker. She really has done wonders and it shows. the dentist I had today I was told was temporary while the permanent dentist is on vacation and I would’ve never guessed she was temporary. She was so nice and professional and my fillings were quick and flawless. the assistant was so kind. I just can’t say enough good about this aspen location.

The ladies at the front desk were not very nice, however both nurses that I had the pleasure of speaking with were fantastic. Also, the woman who cashed me out was very much in a hurry to get me out of the chair and out the door. Repairs were quick and efficient. Would absolutely go again. Maybe need new people running the desk and cashing out.
