Run Run Run Away! I do not recommend this location. I have had so many issues with this location. I called and been hung up on so many times. The manger Evelyn does not insure the patient has the best care and satisfied smile. I paid so much money out of pocket and feel like the only thing that matters to them was the money I paid out of pocket. This place does not provide best care and satisfactory smile as advertised. Im currently seeking a lawyer for pain. suffering, and damages.

I have been going to this location for 10 years. They are friendly and courteous. The dentist is excellent. He really cares about the people he takes care of on a day to day basis. He doesn鈥檛 recommend major dental work unless it is absolutely necessary which I what I like most.

From the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted with friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Every step of my visit was thoroughly explained and I was provided with multiple options for my continued care. Key was instrumental in providing me with the various financial services that are offered through Aspen and worked patiently with me to accommodate my schedule. Absolute 5 STAR Service!

I wish I could give negative stars. I had such a negative, draining experience and it was only a first consultation. I was there for 3hours just for x rays and a very unproductive visit with dental hygenttist and Dentist. I didn't even get a cleaning that day. They mostly just tried to sell me invisiligns for a very slightly crooked bottom tooth and diagnose procedures I didn't need.. I had braces already as a teenager. The x ray person had no clue on how to do her job (new there) and kept abrasively ramming the things in my mouth wrong. When I said, "I've done his before and have never had problems", she said it was me and she kept getting frustrated and honestly very rude to me....until she went and got another person to do her job and it was easy and quick with that person. She offered no apology that it was her inadequacy. They don't seem professional or educated at all. I felt that my own and everyone's safety and health was in jeopardy under anyone at this Aspen dentals care. The doctor seemed very inexperienced. Then they just stuck me in a room forever to wait on their next sales pitch I guess. I finally just asked if I could check out and please leave. I felt like I escaped by the skin of my teeth before they stole my soul 馃槅 no one in this office seemed like a good caring person.. use them at your own risk.. even though they take my insurance and it would cover....I'd rather go to a nice place and pay for doctors with experience and an office with any ounce of empathy and patient care. Also the place seemed unorganized and dirty. Boo them

Great customer service. Dr. Young was very great, asked alot of questions and she was patient. I am happy about my treatment. Evelyn made it crystal clear and helped me break my plan and made me feel safe.
