My mother was seen today for a denture re-evaluation, and we had an excellent experience. Keyla and Amila were welcoming and compassionate during check-in, which immediately put us at ease. Kris, the hygienist, took the time to thoroughly address my mother’s concerns, showing both attentiveness and care. Dr. Lee was efficient, knowledgeable, and showed an immense amount of compassion throughout the visit.
I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Vancouver. Their team of providers and staff deliver outstanding, patient-centered care.

Started with Aspen Dental last August. 2025.
My Dentist is an absolute pro.
Dr. Lee explained everything in detail every time.
Very professional and makes you feel at ease and welcome.
Empathetic and real.
Just exactly the kind of services needed.
Nerma, Lead Dental assistant is awesome as well.
Personable and informative.
Very pleasant.
Dental work is hard.
This team made my journey much easier.

I am not a dentist fan. BUT the team at Aspen changed my opinion. Doctor Lee and Melissa were kind, understanding and efficient. My teeth were examined and the reason explained and taken care of within the week.
I was not ignored when I came back in and had a minor set back. Melissa listened to my symptoms, called Doctor Lee over and they took into consideration my care.
My dentist anxiety was not pushed aside and the Aspen team worked with me.
Also my dental work was partially covered by insurance and Aspen set me up with an affordable plan.

Dr. Susana Lee is one of best Dentist’s i have ever been to. She is very knowledgable, respectful, personable and you can see the genuine care she has for her patients and her work. Kim is an amazing dental assistant who is professional, attentive, kind and overall great member of their staff who makes every visit enjoyable.

WONDERFUL
From the moment I made my first online contact, they promptly followed up with a call. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was warmly welcomed and helped to alleviate my anxiety. I was then taken back to the exam chair, where the entire process was seamlessly managed. From examining my teeth to taking X-rays, everything was handled efficiently. The doctor then visited to explain the condition of my teeth and gums, outlining the necessary treatments and their implementation. I was provided with a detailed estimate and information about my insurance coverage. Throughout the process, I felt no pressure to make any decisions.
