Absolutely loved my visit today. I haven't been to a dentist in 13 years because of my severe anxiety. When I called Aspen to set up an appointment the lady I was speaking to stayed on the phone with me for an hour trying to make me feel better about going she was extremely kind. She didn't have to do that but she put my mind at ease. Then when I came in for my appointment the dental assistant knowing I have severe anxiety handed me a blanket to use because when she would get anxious it helped her. The dentist hygienist and dentist were both extremely kind and patient. Explained everything step by step to help calm me. 1000/10 would recommend. They were concerned not only for my teeth but my mental health in the matter. I will be forever grateful for their kindness.

Jada A did absolutely amazing. I was a bit worried switching dental offices, but she made me feel completely at home and comfortable. Complete professionalism while having a fun atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Dr. Elete was amazing! I called on a Thursday and l was able to be seen the same day. Due to the time l arrived my extractions were done the following morning at 9am. The staff at Aspen Dental were all so friendly and helpful! Shout out to Maddy F, who assisted Dr. Elete with my tooth extractions; 1 being a tooth with a cavity and 2 wisdom tooth. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I recommend anyone to Aspen Dental. Their motto truly represents their staff. “Smile. We’re in your corner.”

I have been a patient with Aspen Dental for quite a fee years now and I will say this was one of the most satisfying productive problem solved visits yet. Everyone was very nice polite and attentive and to have gone over and beyond your average customer service.Special shout out to Jada A. at the Waco, Tx. Location. Her knowledge and explanation put my dental stress at ease giving me hope for the future. Not only as a denture wearer but as a person as well. Continue to help improve lives. Very satisfied

This is by far the friendliest, and kindest Dental office I’ve been too. Jada A. did an absolute amazing job taking care of me and making sure my whole experience was comfortable. She was very helpful and literally made sure to get me treated for everything I had concerns on. Everyone help and kindness is very much appreciated.
