Shoutout to the amazing dental staff for making the experience so smooth from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly efficient, kind, and genuinely empathetic. They made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and treated me with so much care. It’s rare to find a team that is both highly professional and so compassionate. I will never change Dr. Pickard for anyone! Truly grateful for such wonderful care!

Dr. Doan and Queen were absolutely amazing! The receptionists were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. I went in for a procedure and felt very well taken care of the entire time. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding. If I could rate them 1000/10, I would!

I cannot recommend the team at Aspen Dental in Warner Robins enough! If you have a genuine phobia of the dentist like I do, this is the place to go. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge, special thank you to Dr. Pickard and Rhea—they were both so informative and took the time to explain everything clearly. More importantly, they were extremely sensitive and kind regarding my dental anxiety, which made a world of difference in my comfort level. While the wait time was a tad long, it is 100% understandable once you experience the quality of work they do. Their level of care and attention to detail is more than worth the wait. On top of the great service, the pricing was also very fair and competitive. If you’re looking for a dental office that actually listens and treats you with compassion this is it. Thank you guys so much.

I love Dr Pickaed! if you need teeth pulled he is the Doctor you Want! Out before you even know it. He has a calming and caring manner. I am more paranoid of dentists than most. All my fears were quickly resolved. Staff was very nice. Thank you for your awesome work!!!

DO NOT Go to this clinic!!!! They will not file through insurance companies! They lie and say you’re not covered!!! Read reviews about this clinic!!! You will read horror stories about people dying due to preexisting heart conditions!!! There has been class action lawsuits filed on Aspen!!! My experience was horrible! Very disorganized office, front staff can’t answer questions and Aspen dental will take multiple pictures of your mouth that is unnecessary!!! Aspen refused to file under my insurance and kept saying “you’re not covered”! Even after my insurance company emailed them proof that I am!!!! I have already filed a complaint with corporate office in Atlanta and will file others like the Better Business Bureau and American Board of Dentistry! Unfortunately for Aspen- you messed with the wrong person & I have plenty of time on my hands to construct formal letters and send them out! My issue of a tooth which needs to be extracted was never resolved because the manager will not return calls!
