Ok, I've been to many Aspen Dental offices, in numerous states in my past, well not do great of service before, but now that I changed or transferred to Aspen Dental in Waterloo Iowa, now my new permanent office, I am truly a testament to listen too folks, I've dealt with corporate office personnel, and boy, I received the best, advice, service, fitting process from this office, not seeing Dr Cox, but Dr Sweeney was awesome, because he himself has implants and spoke to me on my level, cannot forget the knowledge of Emma, kudos to her compassionate ways that helped me tremendously, I've had issues fir 1.4 yrs, with previous Aspen offices and personnel. She is very helpful, listening to my issues fir a better fit, great service, I'm extremely happy with the way she treated me, not were very experienced and what a breath of fresh air. The office staff were very nice aswell, I highly recommend this particular office for most heavier issues that you might have from office to lab techs to the cleanseness of the rooms, even the music lol, xoxo

One of the most amazing experiences of my life. Went in to make a positive change for myself found a whole new me. This team of amazing doctors and hygienist and staff treated me better than I treat myself. If you’re thinking about making this change ASPEN DENTAL is the right way to go.

I got dentures at Aspen dental a few years ago. I went in yesterday to get a re-line under my warranty. They tried to convince me that my warranty started on the day of extraction, which was six months prior to me receiving my permanent dentures they were going to charge me upwards of $500. I told them absolutely not. I came home and found my paperwork of when I signed the Warren team I called Aspen dental advocate, and they are opening an investigation on them. Also a regional manager approved to me to go to A different location to get my warranty work done when I called to cancel my appointment at the Waterloo office. They literally hung up on me several times then would not answer my call. I called from my husband's phone and they answered and I was able to cancel. I consider this fraud when you are lying to somebody to take their money

I had my teeth cleaned at Aspen Dental, Waterloo. After communicating with the office and corporate for almost two months, we have agreed to the following:
1) I was in severe pain, so I asked several times for a copy of my x-rays to be sent to another dentist for a second opinion. Aspen's office told me that there was no way to contact their IT department, and it would take up to 14 days to send my x-rays. I knew that my x-rays were available because Aspen's dentist reviewed them with me during my appointment. After 14 days, an email was sent to their corporate office. The next day, my other dentist confirmed receipt of the x-rays and I was able to go in for my second opinion on the 15th day.
* The x-rays were blurry, so the 2nd dentist took x-rays for free since they knew I had been in pain while waiting 2 weeks for the x-rays to be sent. The x-rays they took showed that there was a cavity in the lower jaw that was causing me pain. Aspen's dentist had planned to work on the upper jaw on the same side because she said that the pain in my lower jaw was from nerves.
2) When I went to pay the 2nd dentist, I had to pay out of pocket because Aspen Waterloo had charged my CareCredit account for the full cleaning and root canals at the time of the first cleaning.
* When Aspen was contacted about the charges for services not rendered, they credited my CareCredit account for the root canals.
* Upon further review of the charges, I found that they had charged me for Arestin ($92.8 x 7 quadrants). I have confirmed that 4 other local dentists no longer use Arestin. I was also charged for a $30 bottle of toothpaste (which I had refused because it contained fluoride), and CareCredit charged me on day 1 for the interest on the full amount of the cleaning and root canal. After multiple emails and several phone calls, I have now received credit for all additional charges.
