Wonderful experience!!! DA ShaRonda..kind, professional, just amazing! Oh, and Jamie, the OM..professional, knowledgeable, just very engaging and made me feel welcome. And the lab tech. John did a wonderful job! This was a great experience!!

Man where do I begin. I let my teeth go for way too long unfortunately and they got real bad. And for years I became to anxious to go to a dentist but after 2 months of pain I gave them a call and I was able to get in literally in the next hour to examine it and get x rays. And then that SAME week I was able to get in and get all the teeth I needed removed, removed. They all make you feel as if you’re a good friend and are very clear with everything. I appreciate everyone there very much. And forsure have found my new dentist office. Thank you again guys!

This was by far the worst dentist experience I have EVER had, and I've had 2 root canals! First off, got there early and filled everything out just to sit and wait past my appointment time. Upon getting there the front desk staff made sure I knew that this visit would not include any cleaning or treatments, which is not something I was expecting to have to come back for. I will say the tech was nice, but that's about the only shining moment for the entire visit. After x-rays we went in the exam room where I sat for 30+ minutes without anything happening. Then the tech came back and did a "3D" model with another imaging device. After another wait, the dentist finally came in. I would describe him as the used car salesman of dentistry. He was fast talking and rattled off all the things he thought I needed after only reviewing my x-rays. He told me he would "do his due diligence" during the exam. The exam lasted for all of 1 minutes before he brought in the receptionist to jot down all the work he felt I needed. That 1 minute exam lead to a $3k quote for treatments. I spent a hour and a half there just to be examined for a brief moment and then asked to come back for over $3k worth of stuff. I will absolutely not be back, and would advise that if anyone actually wants good dental care to go elsewhere. Worst experience I've ever had!

Kristina the regional manager happened to be in the day of my visit & she was phenomenal. Making sure I got all the information & assurance I needed to make a confident decision with my prognosis. Dr. Kim is amazing as always & took the time to show me & explain clearly what was going on with my mouth & what he suggested moving forward.

Dr Kim was polite and professional from the very beginning. I am slightly phobic of dentists, His calm demeanor brought me to peace. Only during the badly needed analgesic injection into my mouth Did I feel any discomfort, but that was from the pain. I would strongly recommend Dr Kim and the welcoming office staff to any of my friends and coworkers who are seeking dental care.
