A disappointing first impression. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Went in for X-rays during their 30 dollar promotion. Everything was fine until I had to sit for an hour waiting for their “tooth health doctor” to see me. He walks in, pokes my teeth for 2 seconds, Says he sees no cavities (I have several) and is very arrogant then just walks away. I walked out with so many unanswered questions because nobody wanted to take the time to explain the condition of my teeth so I was very surprised to hear about possible bone loss etc from the operations manager at the end which raised so many red flags. Funny how she could see my irritability and apologized on behalf of the dental assistant thinking I was upset with her when she was the nicest one there. Then she shows me a quote of mostly useless expenses except the antibiotics which I understand the price on but 200 dollars for a tooth brush and water pick? you’re delusional! Worst experience I will not be returning. Better off waiting your turn and going to Eastman Dental

Dr.I.Parvathaneni and especially Dr. Andrey Ustinenkov ( on many visits ) did a great job with help from Steph and Heaven , they always make me feel comfortable during my visits. The staff are knowledgeable,friendly and caring at all times. Thank you very much for great service !

My husband and I went to Aspen Dental in Webster because my husband's plate had broken and we were greeted by this lovely young lady named Steph she was very pleasant and helpful with our time there. We would like to thank her for her kindness and knowledge of what we needed. Thank you so much Harold Brush.May 28 2026.

Rose was great. She took stays and educated me on what was going on in my mouth. The doctor came in and was informative and efficient. I felt comfortable and will be back to get cleanings done at this specific location.

I had an outstanding experience at Aspen Dental - Webster. As a 100% permanently and totally disabled U.S. Army veteran, I deal with severe anxiety, especially in medical and dental settings. I was extremely nervous walking into my appointment.
Medical Dental Assistant Rose and Dr. U were absolutely incredible. They were patient, professional, calm, and understanding from start to finish. They never made me feel rushed or judged. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
What I feared would be overwhelming turned out to be quick and painless. Their compassion and professionalism truly made all the difference for me.
Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and the awesome job you did. I highly recommend this team to anyone — especially veterans or patients who struggle with anxiety. You are in great hands here.
