Aspen dental in West Burlington Iowa is one of the best dental offices I have ever been treated at. Their dentist is phenomenal. She tastes great pride in her work. All of the Hyde dentist that I have had there have been just great. I love this dental office and I would recommend it to anyone.

Best dentist I have been to and amazing and knowledgeable staff they guided me through my plan and scheduled my treatments during my first visit. I have been waiting a long time to fix my teeth they made me feel important and their equipment was updated and futuristic. 5 stars!

For the most part it was a good visit. I went to replace my existing dentures and was given the recommendation of the Dr. OF course it was the most expensive ones they have. When I expressed my dislike of being charged for a new set of dentures what I was charged for the entire procedure years ago , I kept being told I didn't understand that I wasn't paying the whole price. I kept telling her I understood I wasn't directly paying that much but I was still being charged that amount. Round and round of how I didn't understand how the paying process went I wasn't paying the ridiculous price. I made it clear I just needed to replace what I had with a functional set with no cracks. By the time we got to that point I was too irritated with being told I didn't understand. I also couldn't get a good reason why I had to wait 6 weeks after they pulled 1 tooth to get a new st of dentures. Seems like it's a bit excessive.

My experience at Aspen Dental has been great so far! Kylie and Kelsey both have helped me on different occasions with questions I had and are very informative. They are also super friendly and sweet! Today I got a regular teeth cleaning done with Halle and she made the process run so smoothly. Getting your teeth cleaned isn’t fun ever but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and was also super friendly and took her time cleaning my teeth and was very patient with me and explaining things to me to help me better understand. I recommend Aspen Dental in West Burlington to anyone!

Aspen Dental was a very pleasant experience. ALL the staff were very kind and helpful. Kelsea was professional, yet personable. She explained my options, and was very proficient at her duties. Hailey is such a careful hygienist ... I'm thankful that I finally found a place that will help me care for my teeth! Thank you to all!
