Everyone here is amazing! I came in nervous and crying, everyone at the front desk made me feel safe, the dentist herself made me feel comfortable and kept telling me how much of a good job I was doing. I personally haven't gone to the dentist in a very long time due to nervousness. I feel extremely lucky that I chose to come here before anywhere else. I highly recommend you put your trust in these people, I promise they'll take care of you!

I am extremely disappointed with the way this office treats its patients’ time. At my first appointment, I arrived just 15 minutes late due to traffic, and they refused to see me. I understood the policy, so I rescheduled. For my second appointment, I arrived on time. The waiting room was empty when I checked in, yet I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes. During that time, several patients who arrived after me were checked in and called back before I was. When I asked the front desk about the delay, I was simply told that my appointment was a “long service” and that I would just have to wait however long it took. It’s frustrating to see such a double standard. They expect patients to respect their schedule, but they show no respect for their patients’ time. The lack of communication, organization, and customer service was very disappointing. I hope they improve how they treat their patients in the future.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists over the years, and this office is easily the best experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. The doctor takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes appointments, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can tell they take pride in their work and want the best outcome for their patients, not just to get people in and out the door. The office is clean, organized and is incredibly welcoming. Highly recommend visiting.

I had a very good experience at Aspen dental. After several not so good appointments at another place I felt like I was taken care by professionals who know what they are doing. Bree at front desk is always helpful. Dr Gonzalez is vey pleasant and straightforward, explains all in easy way. Jenny his assistant is a very energetic person with positive attitude. I am a nerve rack at dentist, she helped a lot.

I was visiting Melbourne area on business when my crown became detached. I looked for an emergency dentist on line and Aspen dental popped up. I made an appointment and arrived first thing in morning to get my crown fixed. I explained my situation upon arriving and filled out paperwork. I was told by receptionist it would be awhile as they had to do a complete work up of xrays and examine me as a new patient and there was no guarantee they could help me on this day with only one dentist on duty. I was only going to be in town for the day and not looking for long term dental care. I was simply asking for my crown to be cemented back on. I cancelled my Aspen appointment after sitting there for 30 mins and found a dentist who could handle my situation quickly. I don't understand how you can say you offer emergency services and then say you can't handle. They wasted their time and mine. The good news is, I was able to get appointment at another dentist who understands an emergency situation and had a google review of 4.8. I would recommend looking elsewhere if a dental emergency arises.
