Aspen dental in west Springfield is great as soon as I walked in barley 1min Eda was already checking me in and very professional about it not even 10 minutes waiting. Abby was at the door calling me in to get my new x-rays. She was quick. Asked me questions whole process took less than five minutes also was very wonderful working with Kristina She helped me and walk me through different types of plans we go through that Best fits my financial situation amazing place

My over all experience was amazing. I felt so comfortable they were all about treating my oral health and giving me a healthy smile. Dr. Patrick was so nice and caring and a straightforward doctor which I appreciate. Ghaidda was so caring and made me feel so comfortable. She is a gentle soul. I would highly recommend anyone who is afraid to go to the dentist to come here. Jillian was so helpful and personable she made everything so easy to understand. Thank you all so much for caring.

I had a really positive experience at this dental office. The staff were welcoming and provided good, friendly customer service from start to finish. I also appreciated the flexible payment options, which made things much easier to manage. The cleaning was handled professionally, and I felt confident in the care I received. They were attentive in monitoring my periodontal condition and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Disclaimer: Please do not respond with a generic message asking me to call Aspen Dental Customer Care to discuss further. Everyone I interacted with at Aspen Dental was extremely nice, respectful, and personable. My initial appointment went well. They listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained the work I needed and why. I met with a manager to go over costs and financing options, and while the original quote was over $17k (including wisdom teeth extractions, Invisalign, and other work), we discussed prioritizing what was most urgent: wisdom teeth, a filling, and a root canal for $2.6k cash payment. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to have the work done. Four days before that appointment, I was called to reschedule due to an unexpected meeting, which wasn’t an issue. I confirmed the new appointment, showed up, and was then told the dentist had called out and I’d need to reschedule again. That appointment was moved to the following day. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the manager and I during scheduling. I had taken a full week off of work under the impression that I would be having my wisdom teeth removed and a root canal completed, but when I arrived, I was told the appointment was only for a filling. The staff was kind and professional throughout, but the repeated rescheduling and lack of clear communication made the experience frustrating and inconvenient, especially given the time I took off work.

I have been a patient with this office for over 10 years the office staff is always ready to assist you. They work with you to ensure your care is top notch. As far as affordability is concerned I feel it is rather pricey and can result in sticker shock. In all fairness I have no opportunity to make comparisons. I never give 5 stars only because there is always room for improvement
