Appointment time, 9:30. Time taken back, 10:15.
In for broken tooth.
While in waiting room, 70+ year old lady comes in for exam and cleaning. Told $250. Lady says, why so much more? Previous appt was $125. Reception: "They added a flouride treatment, and things change. Do you want to keep your appointment?"
She left.
Girl taking my X-rays, professional and nice. I think her name was Stephanie. She was great!
Dentist looks at teeth, dictates treatment plan. While checking, sees broken tooth, pushed on it so hard his finger was shaking. Spent more time on it causing pain. Did not have any pain going in. Lot of pain coming out.
Waiting to talk to billing 45 minutes in waiting room. Got quote and left. Won't be back.

I spent almost an hour and didn’t get my teeth cleaned this has never happened to me ever. Then when I called back they said my estimated bill would be about 750.00 for my deep cleaning. This is ridiculous and my insurance covers cleaning every 3 months. My guess is this office is just a money trap. I will never go back or recommend to anyone I know!

Needed denture relined!
Set an appointment on Sunday for following Wednesday at 3pm!
Get text next day that they need to reschedule! Call talk to a person telling them I need a reline! Change the appointment to Thursday morning at 8!
Get a text stating need insurance information!!
Call to give that to them, and get told that because THEY didn't make my dentures that they wouldn't reline mine!!
But would be more than happy to make new dentures for me!!!
Leaving town on Friday 7/24 and have wasted my time due to their neglect of informing me!!
Won't ever call, use or even recommend Aspen dental for anything!! And will absolutely express this sentiment to any and everyone

Today was my first day. I've got everything set up to fix my teeth problems Aspen Dental is very thorough and precise. I feel very confident and excited about the outcome. I was very impressed with the staff the staff are very motivated people with outstanding customer service skills I immediately felt I had came to the right place for help, I am so happy

Very upsetting experience at this dental office. Waited 30 minutes to be taken back for my new patient appointment. After I got my x-rays done I was lead into a room where they had someone else’s x-rays on the screen until they realized they weren’t mine. Is that not against the law? The assistant with blonde hair seemed very timid and lacked patient communication skills. I did like the doctor however, the office manager had an attitude that seemed like she didn’t have the time or patience to explain the work I needed done. Will not be returning for the fillings I need.
