Correction!!!!!! With the Great help and Assistance with Liz she is working things out to the best of the ability with the wait of the insurance claim !!!!! So let’s hope this can be resolved 👌. )) And will Not need the care credit Watch for your money and your credit cause they can ruin it ‼️ Staff was friendly that’s it !!!!! x-ray after x-ray took back to meet the dentist for him to examine my mouth for more x-ray waited 30 minutes he came in. He looked at the poorly x-ray done in the room never examine my mouth stood up and said need a periodontal deep cleaning and if she wants to fix the bridge sent me to the center of a waiting room and said this lady will be with you in a minute for consultation and plan of care she pulls me to the desk has the bill printed up and mentions they’ve applied for Care credit card that I did not need because my primary insurance would’ve covered my visit. They had already billed !!! for the periodontal cleaning that I did not get done until after the consultation and Care of Plan and I did ask, are y’all gonna give my insurance time to pick up and pay what they will pay before having to use a care credit card normally insurance takes two weeks to show what my insurance will pay that picks up 75% I pay the difference, but they weren’t gonna have it that way !!

After moving back home from Ohio, and in the middle of my treatment plan with my Ohio provider, I had severe tooth/head pain. As soon as I started to feel it, I made an appt for that Friday at noon (for the wrong location) and showed up right as they were closing the door.
I panicked. There was NO way I could have made it all weekend in the pain I was in. I called around and no one else would see me.
The amazing receptionist consulted with Dr. Hollins and although they were closed, she got me in for a quick exam and saw me anyway. Saving my actual life!
Coming from a long stint in Ohio.. I can say with certainty that would never have happened. For a doctor and her staff to allow me to come in at closing on a Friday was absolutely heartfelt. And I was so grateful.
I’m a Dr. Hollins fan for life!!! And to the receptionist… I can’t thank you enough and I apologize for not remembering your name while in dire pain! You are a wonderful human! And I’m grateful for you coming to my aid!
So yeah, team! Go see Dr. H! She and her crew GOT CHU!!! Ten out of ten. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hollins and hanna were the best I’ve ever had in 53 years ! I was in pain for a month and as soon as x rays were done I never felt it again! Dr hollins made sure it was PAINLESS! I would tell everyone she is the best and my new dentist until I pass to the next world and get my new set! Thank you so much!!

The Wilkesboro office is fantastic! The staff genuinely wants to be there, helping in anyway possible. Dr Hunt is also a concerned, compassionate dr who wishes the best experience for all of the clients there. I am amazingly lucky to have been referred to Aspen. Thank you so much!
