I’ll be honest I walked in today feeling extremely nervous and skeptical. Going to the dentist is not something I’m comfortable with at all. But from the moment I stepped through the door, everything changed. I was greeted by Beto, and his warmth and friendliness immediately put me at ease. His customer service skills are truly exceptional, but beyond that, he’s just a genuinely kind person. That first impression made all the difference. The hygienist yarisa I worked with was equally wonderful kind, friendly, and made the whole process much more comfortable. And the dentist lakni himself was outstanding. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to walk me through everything in detail, checking in to make sure I understood and had no questions. As someone who has always dreaded the dentist, I left today feeling relieved and genuinely happy that I found this office. The entire team deserves recognition this is what great patient care looks like. I’ll definitely be back!

My daughter had to have some dental work done today and I have to say that the staff here at Aspen dental in Winter Haven were amazing. My daughter experiences anxiety very bad and they kept her calm she wasn't in any pain they were very patient with her they made her feel very comfortable very relaxed. Dr Lackhani kept making sure she was not in pain and that she was comfortable the dental hygienist was very gentle explained everything very thoroughly. Like I said the whole staff was amazing. I highly recommend anyone needing any dental work to go to Aspen dental in Winter Haven.

Aspen Dental in Winter Haven, on Cypress Gardens blvd was AMAZING!!! From the time I walked in until I left, I felt welcomed. They did extensive x-rays and scans. The X-ray tech was great and we laughed the entire time. Then I met the dentist and hygienist. They were very professional while still making me feel at ease. They show and explain what they find. They made it very easy to understand what needs to be done and why. All the way to the billing specialist that explains your options thoroughly. They made me feel as if they really cared and were going to do everything possible to correct any problems I had. The hygienist was so amazing!!!!! Even after she was done cleaning my teeth, she took more x-rays to make sure the cleaning was completely thorough. Before I left she made my next appointment for me.. to make sure the deep cleaning she did continued to be successful in giving me the healthiest outcome. I’ve found my new dental care providers. Thank you all for a fun and successful experience!

I’ve had such a great experience with this dental office! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. It’s always easy to get an appointment, and the communication is excellent. The doctor is wonderful and truly makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. A special shoutout to Kristin and Carmen — they are absolutely amazing! They’re always kind, helpful, and make every visit such a positive experience. I’m so happy I found this office and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist and a team that genuinely cares about their patients! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just want to preface with say - I'm crying tears right now.....of joy. I am a mother of a 10 year old and 2 year old and preach to them about the importance of their teeth and making sure they brush and used myself as a "what not to do" billboard for my oldest cause I'd not taken great care of my teeth growing up and due to a traumatic experience as a kid with the dentist I never went back. You read correctly, I've not been to the dentist since I was a child. I'm 31 with two kids now. That being said I expressed how anxious and scared I was but everyone was so nice and reassuring and accommodating - the complete opposite of what I've experienced in the past that lead to me avoiding them. After X-rays and review I agreed to a deep cleaning. The Dr. Made sure to numb me before my shots in the gums to prevent any possible pain so I could get ready for the cleaning and not feel anything. Now mind you they close at one on Saturdays. I just want to say I just left at 3:45. My hygienist Fernando is an absolute saint. He talked me through the whole process and was so kind and reassuring me the entirety of it. He made sure I knew how to floss and brush before I left and encouraged me to come back for my maintenance in 3 month and told me he personally wanted to see to it, and honestly I wouldn't have wanted to schedule with anyone else. I left today with clean teeth, better gums and more knowledge than I've had most of my life. I cannot express how thankful I am for your generosity of kindness and the impact it had. I definitely was incredibly anxious at the start but I left feeling empowered. Thank you - see you guys In August!
