I’ve visited aspen dental many times, when I had to have some work done a few years ago I sat in that office and cried because I was embarrassed, nervous, scared I didn’t know what to expect and every girl i saw from the reception, to the hygienist, to the assistant, to the dr, to the office manager/financial planner, literally everyone was so patient and reassuring. While also being honest with all of my options and helping me figure out the best plan and the best cost with no hidden fees. I have continued to go back for cleaning And I have never left disappointed!

Everything was great. The dental tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was very careful. The new procedure for taking x-rays is fantastic. She handled all with care and no pain whatsoever. They found two small cavities and i have an appointment scheduled already. It'll keep me from having a possible root canal later. The experience was very good.

Wonderful group here at this office they are very caring. I didnt grow up knowing about tooth care so I was always afraid that my damage was to extensive to bother with, but when I came to them they put together a whole plan with me to get my teeth back in shape. They have given me new motivation for my teeth! They even filled a chip that I hadn't known was there until after actually being proud enough to look at my teeth. They've answered all of my questions and got all the work done so fast, im very proud of my teeth now!

I don’t normally write reviews like this, but after 6 years of dealing with this, I feel like I need to be honest about my experience. I went to Aspen Dental in 2020 to get a full set of dentures and chose their highest-end option with a 7-year warranty. I was genuinely excited and trusted that I was going somewhere reputable. From the very beginning, things were not right. The dentures were bulky, uncomfortable, and felt unfinished. They didn’t account for my mouth properly, and I struggled just to wear them. I kept being told to “get used to them” and come back for adjustments. I spent months going back over and over again—sometimes multiple times a week—just trying to get to a point where I could function. I couldn’t eat normally, and at one point I had to shift my jaw sideways just to try to make them work. Eventually they remade them, but even the second set never fit properly. I continued going back for adjustments, and it became clear that this was not going to be resolved the way it should have been. There were also times where I felt dismissed and uncomfortable as a patient. Being in a situation where you’re already struggling and then feeling like you’re not being taken seriously is incredibly discouraging. Over time, the dentures broke multiple times. Each time they were repaired instead of truly fixed. Most recently, after yet another break, I asked about a full replacement under the warranty I paid for, and I was told no. After everything—years of appointments, discomfort, and repeated failures—that was extremely hard to hear. What I expected was a quality product and support if something went wrong. What I experienced instead was a long, frustrating process that left me feeling let down and honestly defeated. I’m sharing this because I wish I had known what this process could be like before making my decision.

I came in for a simple, straightforward replacement denture because of Aspen’s heavy advertising boasting prices "starting at $499." Instead, I got hit with a high-pressure sales pitch and a ridiculous quote for $2,200 for a single arch, or $4,400 for both. Keep in mind, I don't need a single tooth pulled—this is a straight swap. When they handed me this massive number, it wasn't even a real, itemized treatment plan; it was just a typed-up summary hiding the math. When I dared to ask for a quote on their advertised lower-priced options, the atmosphere completely changed. Apparently, if you don’t blindly sign up for their luxury-tier financing, you aren't worth their time. They completely ghosted me and never followed up with the lower quote I asked for. And save the generic "We are so sorry to hear about your experience, please call our patient care line" response for someone who cares. Instead of typing out fake apologies on Google, how about you just learn to treat people better and honor your advertised prices? Or maybe, here’s an idea, just give people what they request and not try to “sell” them, your not Serpentini! Guests: Take your mouth and your wallet to an independent local dentist who actually treats you like a human being.
