Aspen Dental was without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. They took me early, were courteous and professional if not outright friendly from start to finish , and gave me pricing that was second to none! I’d recommend them to anyone who’s not a fan of dentist or to those seeking a new dental practice! 10 stars if I was able to give more!!!

I thought the office was very friendly and understanding about my situation. I went in with no idea how bad it was and left with understanding about my new care I need to do with my mouth. Long ways to go hoping Aspen can help and keep me feeling comfortable when I come into a very uncomfortable situation not most dentists care about making us feel comfortable but Aspen definitely did with me went slow and careful listening to me when I asked my question and even showed me on screen how they could help the problems. If money wasn't an issue for me id be in a chair this week letting them fix my mouth.. ill definitely be recommending Aspen in Worcester to people I know for dentist help

Absolutely horrible practice and I do not recommend anyone to go in.
I went in as an emergency patient and needed my tooth extracted. What I got instead was nothing but utter pain: Needed to bite down for x-rays, has my gums poked and prodded, and after all that was told I needed a deep clean before I can have my tooth pulled. Ridiculous! They knew I needed my tooth pulled, they even said it straight to my face and that's what I expected when I visited. I tried to shoulder nudge them to get on with it! Absolutely painful and no care was given to make my visit more comfortable, no ice packs, no numbing, NOTHING.
At the consult desk, I was charged nearly 21k for all of the unnecessary stuff. The tooth extraction would have been 200 bucks, which I would have happily paid for.
Now I have a swollen face because of the amount of times I bit down on my bad tooth for x-rays and the poking of my gums to get a head start on the "deep cleaning process" and I wasted 2 and a half hours of my life when I could have gone to a different dentist. The only thing they did right was give me antibiotics...
Absolutely ridiculous and I advice any and all to stay away! They are just money hungry and do not care for the comfort of their patients!

I had lost a tooth out of my lower denture. I called the Worcester office and was told to stop by and they could take a look at it. I stopped by around 3 pm. I checked in and was seen right away. They took my tooth and lower to the lab tech. I was then told they could repair it but it would be around 2 hours. Of course I waited. About 45 min later it was done. Great service.

As someone whose favorite place is definitely not the dentist, this place made the experience great. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and created a space that makes you instantly comfortable. This was from the reception to the dental staff. I'm so glad I found this dentist!
