I called this location because I was not satisfied with a previous dental office. Not only did I get a next day appointment, I received my extraction and bridge in one appointment! The entire staff was very welcoming and very helpful. I was able to have all issues addressed and finance my treatment. I am BEYOND satisfied and will recommend this establishment to everyone.

My first time at Aspen dental for an Emergency appt. And I was VERY Pleased with all the staff(Dentist, Hygienist, the receptionist & the X-ray tech that initially started my visit)The X-ray tech was the nicest. I Was very concerned about coming to a new dental office, especially since I’ve been with my dentist since toddler age. I really felt like they was going to treat me different due to me not having INS, well GUESS WHAT! That’s exactly what did NOT HAPPEN. My appt was at 3, got pulled back for X-rays and was in the room for a little bit. But once the Dentist came in and introduced his self, he told me exactly what is wrong and schedule the next step which is a Much needed EMERGENCY EXTRACTION. I Would definitely recommend Aspen dental.

Awesome place to visit with really great people in the office! Stef with the X Rays is a great tech, made the experience pleasurable and quick, funny stories and a very personable lady. Ashley at the front desk is extremely friendly and helpful, follows through when she says she will look into things and call you back.

My experience at this aspen dental location was wonderful. The welcoming feeling that is given by all staff was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable, instantly. Ashley and Amanda were awesome and relatable , the truely made the difference….love them ! and Dr Williams , midelina , and the wonderful hygienist Becca displayed a high level of knowledge which provided me reassurance in knowing that I was receiving the best care! Thank you all! And stefanie was great as well!!! Can’t forget about her politeness and reassurance was appreciated!

I had a great experience yesterday. All the staff were professional and kind. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but the staff and doctor made me feel at ease. Dr. Williams was professional, kind, and thoroughly examined my teeth, mouth, and throat, and explained the condition of all. I look forward to returning to Aspen Dental in West York for all my maintenance and other services.
